I was truly satisfied with my experience at El Duente. The food was exceptional: generous portions, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that are evident from the first bite. Good tapas, but the patanegra isn't served in small pieces at that price. The paella is a bit dry, but the desserts are good. Excellent service, but the bill is a bit steep (€50 per person without wine, a bit too much for what we ordered). Overall, just adequate.

A little slice of Spain in the Talenti neighborhood: a truly charming and well-decorated restaurant, with references to Spanish culture everywhere you turn, even on the menu, which features tapas of every flavor and size, as well as varied and rich paellas and delicious traditional desserts, along with interesting facts about Spanish culinary culture. Single portions are recommended for the tapas, as they are larger than the mixed portions offered. The paellas can be shared or individually portioned—truly delicious! We stopped by during Sangria Day, when there was a special on 2 liters of Sangria, also available in non-alcoholic form for drivers. Affordable, moderate prices. Reservations recommended, as the place isn't very spacious.

The restaurant specializes in Spanish cuisine. Among these, we highlight tapas, paella, and meat. I personally tried vegetable tapas and vegetable paella. Of the two, I particularly enjoyed the paella. This dish is brought to the table on hot pans and served by waiters. Each dish can accommodate multiple guests. The atmosphere, combined with the professionalism of the staff, makes for a very pleasant experience. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Outdoor parking is available and free, but spaces aren't always available. Reservations are recommended, especially for groups.

I had a great time, it's my second time there. The only downside is that the paella I had the first time I went, which was on Thursday evening, paella day, was excellent, but last night I didn't like it as much. The appetizers were excellent, as were the desserts. The staff were kind and helpful.

If you're looking for authentic Spain in Rome, head to El Duende. The paella is the highlight: perfect rice, top-quality ingredients, abundant, and delicious down to the last spoonful. You can taste the passion of the people who cook it. A lively place with friendly service. Rosita and Luiss are super welcoming!!! Highly recommended!
