A wonderful experience. I returned a year later for my daughter's birthday and we took advantage of the paella day. We had four delicious paellas, accompanied by the wonderful staff. Must try 😉.

Excellent!! Superb paella!! The crema catalana could be improved...for me it was too thin...the flavor was there...the rest of the place was beautiful and clean, the service excellent, the waitresses very kind and smiling. Definitely worth returning.

Very nice place. Excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. Very good food and truly tasty dishes. The only serious flaw... for the price, the portions are really too small, in my opinion. Too bad.

The welcome was warm, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The sangria was truly excellent, as were the desserts, which left a positive impression. However, the prices are quite high, and the paella, while tasty, was a bit limited in quantity: the plate was small and not very filling. Overall, a modest experience. I expected a little more, especially considering the price.

I live in Rome, but I also love Spanish food. Here at this restaurant, you can find practically everything to satisfy your Spanish cravings. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, they know everything and are very friendly, and the atmosphere is amazing! Highly recommended.

Good food, excellent paella. Delicious sangria. Excellent focaccia and warm bread. Spacious and well-decorated. The temperature in the dining room was a little too high. The service was prompt, even taking into account the time it took for the rice to cook. The prices were reasonable and not expensive.

Locale molto caratteristico personale gentilissimo eccezionali le tapas e la paeja ottimi anche i dolci ,e che dire della sangria, buonissima, la prossima volta assaggero la carne.

31/07/2025: An exceptional lunch. Patrizia, the dining room hostess, is welcoming and knowledgeable, attentive to guests and offers excellent advice. Her husband takes care of the kitchen and prepares excellent dishes. The fresh, flavorful fish is expertly prepared. We ordered two hot appetizers and fed three of us: two sea bream with potatoes and mouth-watering spaghetti with lobster, plus a delicious trio of desserts. The prices are more than fair. If you're near Fiano Romano, stop by—you won't regret it.

Ristorante La Roncola

02/07/2025: Very intimate restaurant, with a menu of land and sea. We chose in 4 adults all seafood courses, while his girls took a half plate of pasta each. Very kind and helpful waitress, the friendly and present owner, very good food (including raw!!!) We will definitely be back!
25/06/2025: Excellent for meats and typical Roman first courses
