We returned to Duende after four years and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The empanadas had a lukewarm, almost cold, tomato filling, and the potatoes were cold. The meat was also not cooked to our expectations. We regret having to pass this judgment, but the quality of the food was definitely better four years ago.

Welcoming restaurant, excellent food, great paeja, expertly made sangria, and Mrs. Rosita, the owner, I believe, is friendly and very kind, and very proactive in her choice of dishes. I'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, it's different from the old location...there are many shortcomings, both in terms of the atmosphere and the quality of the food, especially the paella. The prices are a bit above average and don't justify the overall quality.

The evening was really nice, the staff were young and smiling, the little show when the paella came out was really nice and the place was very nice, too bad the food was mediocre. I had a lot of expectations, but it didn't even come close to what I had imagined. I can't describe the tapas appetizers, nothing special, nothing had a wow-like flavor... but unfortunately the paella was also bad, with no crust, dry mussels, basically the food could really be improved. It's a shame because the place deserves it.

13/03/2026: Unexpected Sunday lunch. After a stroll along the coast, we wanted a seafood lunch, without too many expectations or pretensions. We noticed this place was very welcoming and without the overly ostentatious pomp (like you find everywhere these days). We entered and sat at the last remaining table: the atmosphere was small, but welcoming and familiar, with a steady stream of people coming and going, all eager to sample the typical seafood dishes we had. We began with a seafood appetizer: not the usual marinated salmon and scalded seafood salad, but a variety of appetizers, including octopus and peas, battered cod fillet, parmigiana, and many other delicious, fresh specialties. We then moved on to the main course, the one we came in for: risotto and gnocchi with scampi cream; delicious and perfectly portioned. A place we can't wait to return to, which has left us with truly pleasant memories, both qualitatively and without hesitation. The quality-price ratio is very fair. The small, cozy space makes it intimate and suitable for those who want peace and quiet without feeling crowded.
