I had pollo a la brasa, which was spectacular, cooked the old-fashioned way. It comes with fries, various salsas, salad, chaufa rice, and a drink included—in my case, Inka Cola. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I didn't book in advance, but they still respected the 10-minute wait I was told. The prices are all clear and in line with other restaurants. I will definitely be back.
