15/06/2025: Impossible not to give 5 stars to this little restaurant! The environment is refined without being formal, with the open kitchen that holds the scene wherever you are seated. Upon entering you are immediately greeted by welcoming smiles, as well as a very pleasant aroma of embers.
The menu in my opinion is not only interesting but really original: oysters and raw fish and then the cooked section, divided by type of fish: molluscs, crustaceans, white fish, blue fish and the inevitable side dishes. For each section there are appetizers and first courses. Although the ingredients are absolutely traditional, the dishes are very original and very inviting.
We ordered perhaps too much but we didn't know how to choose. Everything was exceptional, but the risotto with raw fish and fish soup and the grilled cuttlefish were my favorites.
The service is really precise, professional but at the same time friendly. So many people work to make this restaurant work well both in the kitchen and outside, all with a smile. A pleasure for the palate and for the experience.
The restaurant is definitely not cheap, also because the appetizer portions are not large and in my opinion sharing serves more than one per person. However, I find the price absolutely justified by the quality of the experience and the creativity of the dishes. We took 4 raw shrimp, 4 shared appetizers, a side dish, a shared first course, two desserts and we spent 170 euros with just one glass of wine.
