A beautiful place located in the historic center of Viterbo. Beautiful and clean location. Excellent local products, with a truly excellent quality/price ratio. They also offer the option of purchasing typical local products, which are the same ones served to customers. The taglierissimo is highly recommended: a platter for two with a wide variety of typical local and homemade products. Excellent for both an aperitif and a quick but substantial dinner.

We stopped for lunch on Saturday: everything was delicious, freshly prepared but without long waits. A simple lunch but a discovery, but also a rediscovery, of typical flavors and of the highest quality.

Really a nice place, friendly and kind owners. The attention to detail was fantastic, even in the explanation of the dishes. Excellent quality of food, I will definitely return.

23/07/2025: There were 10 of us for dinner. We were all satisfied. The first courses were delicious, especially the carbonara and the special fritto misto. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was refined. We highly recommend them. Greetings from Verona
22/07/2025: Excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, courteous staff, and above all... Excellent dishes, both the meat and seafood entrees. The carbonara is amazing, the fried fish is noteworthy. Compliments to the entire staff; this restaurant is a real gem.
