Delicious lunch, with friendly and accommodating staff! We went on a Sunday around 2 pm without a reservation, and although there was a bit of a wait for the dishes, it was worth it. The chickpea and chestnut soup was fantastic, and the vegetarian platter was rich and perfect as an appetizer or aperitif. And to finish, the desserts included their nellina (hazelnut spread). You can also purchase traditional products, including legumes, sauces, and spreads.

An explosion of authentic, ancient flavor and immense delicacy, especially the warm, lean porchetta paired with the deep, full-bodied house red wine. I've rarely found such pleasure in food. The tasting was a special offer; I bought a plate of porchetta with toasted bread, ciambelle, pozzetti, a bottle of red wine, and a glass of gentian.

Sublime, very clean place, truly exceptional local produce. The food is divine, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. This charming and well-decorated place is located in the historic center of Viterbo, an excellent location for a stroll through the medieval town and a truly delicious, high-quality meal—not to be missed.

A beautiful place located in the historic center of Viterbo. Beautiful and clean location. Excellent local products, with a truly excellent quality/price ratio. They also offer the option of purchasing typical local products, which are the same ones served to customers. The taglierissimo is highly recommended: a platter for two with a wide variety of typical local and homemade products. Excellent for both an aperitif and a quick but substantial dinner.
