It looked really good, but when I got home I had a stomach ache and terrible diarrhea. It probably isn't as fresh and delicious as it looks. Be careful. Otherwise, the service was very friendly and the location was amazing.

Sushi in an industrial area of ​​Rosta. Very spacious restaurant with various seating options. The menu is classic all-you-can-eat fare, neither good nor bad. Basically, everything is standard. The positives of the restaurant are its large spaces and parking, perfect for groups.

I like Japanese and Chinese food, at least 10 times a year I go to a restaurant that serves Japanese, Chinese or both, so I have a good yardstick. EJ uses a type of rice that is suitable for Japanese dishes, which is not trivial, because not all varieties are suitable and there are many varieties. EJ presents itself as fusion and in fact there are imaginative dishes, such as sushi-tacos, but the great classics of the sushi range are not lacking. There are also all the typical Mandarin dishes and in addition even something Thai, which I have not tested yet. Easy ordering via tablet system. The only downside: the 75cl bottle of water costs a good three euros and is often not enough for two people in an all you can eat meal. This weighs on the fixed price, currently for dinner of €27.90 (€24.90 + €3 cover charge) per person, becomes €30.90, unless you have the unfortunate idea of ​​​​taking a dessert (€6). All this is a bit exaggerated considering that we are in Rosta and also a bit misleading considering that at the entrance you read €24.90. It is definitely better to go there for lunch. Maybe if nobody goes there for dinner anymore they will lower the prices 🤷
