In Sicily you can eat well in many places. They know how to do it. Standing out among the best is no small feat. Balanced dishes, well-proportioned, with the right amount of seasoning. Clean and well-kept environment. In seven days I ate at the restaurant 14 times. I put them in first place. First of all for the level of food, friendliness, environment. Availability. Calling them serious professionals is an understatement. They have something more.

Small restaurant just outside Ortigia. Excellent and generous meat and fish dishes, accompanied by excellent wine. The owner divides his time between tables, bills and tidying up with kindness and speed. The modest bill really surprised us given the "Nordic" prices of Syracuse!

For years now, every time I come to Syracuse I've paid a visit to the restaurant and the cuisine has never disappointed me. Spaghetti alla boatswain is my favorite. Good value for money.

We just arrived in town and looking for a place for a late lunch. It’s a Sunday and they close at 3pm. We got a table and were greeted with smile and great services. We ordered fried calamari with small fishes as appetizer which was much better than just calamari alone. Also had the pasta with squid and scampi with orange flavor. This was very different from other pasta I had, especially with the citrus smell and taste. Excellent fish. The swordfish was also super delicious. Limoncello after lunch was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Ristorante con personale molto accogliente e cucina superlativa.
Atmosfera familiare ma che non penalizza la professionalità. Nostro figlio di un anno è stato trattato da star!
Prezzi ottimi e frequentato dagli abitanti del posto piuttosto che da turisti.
