Amazing dinner, nice atmosphere, the food was delicious, the pasta very very good and fresh seafood, big menu to choose !!

Truly very good dishes and the ones in the photo are highly recommended (couscous and "merry widow" tagliatelle). It's a shame about the service, which despite the evening not being high season (to be precise, we went on 29/04) was not very up to par, lacking some foresight (for example indicating the wine being served by the glass and even just a greeting after paying the bill). Despite this, it can be a bad evening even for the waiters but I would certainly recommend it for the quality of the dishes offered, absolutely worth trying if you are even just passing through Castellammare)!

Beautiful place, decorated with so much taste for details and love for the local tradition. The food is so great that the only problem is too choose what to eat. Service also great. If yuo like sea food, definitlly s place to wisit.

La cena è stata buonissima: abbiamo preso le busiate al pesto trapanese e la tagliata di tonno, veramente buonissimo. Unica pecca il servizio: camerieri un pò scontrosi, un pizzico di gentilezza in più non guasterebbe! State attenti se prendete il Cannolo "Maxi" perché è veramente grande (dal nome ci aspettavamo che fosse grande e nessuno ci aveva avvisato che fosse così grande).

Piacevole scoperta di questo ristorante in un angolo suggestivo di Castellamare del golfo, devo dire che il menu era molto curato con piatti gustosi e ben presentati il pesce fresco cotto a puntino esperienza sicuramnte da ripetere consigliato

11/05/2025: We had a spontaneous dinner here at the beginning of May. It wasn't too busy and we were able to sit outside. We tried the typical Sicilian pasta (busiate). One is the version with fennel and anchovies and the other is the version with fish and mussels. Both dishes were very good! The prices are also okay and the staff is nice. We recommend the restaurant
09/05/2025: We are a vegan and vegetarian. YUM, the best! I had the pistachio pasta ( vegan), with a grilled zucchini insalta, and my husband had the pomodoro/ marinara pasta. His simple salad was simple, but he enjoyed it. I think we will be back tomorrow. So thankful to find vegan/ vegetarian food here. Simply wonderful.

Ristorante Syrah

09/05/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant one evening in May. The dishes are good, quality products, very generous portions. The restaurant offers the local specialty: fish couscous which is very good. Norma pasta too. The service is attentive but the room is a little noisy.
07/05/2025: A very nice and particular place where we had a wonderful dinner with friends. Spectacular tuna tartare and carpaccio. Delicious caponata served in a phyllo pastry basket. Excellent fish busiate and fabulous swordfish rolls. Good wine and kindness and courtesy of the chef and his staff.
