Overall review: Égalité brings a piece of France back to Milano, so if you want to try French specialities or you miss France too much, it’s a good address. It’s easy to get lost in the shelving display of baked gods on offer.
Excellent for an afternoon snack, but also for a super breakfast. It's slightly crowded, but definitely worth it!
Very simple service.
I would improve the price.

Good bread and desserts. The cafeteria is a bit poor... the service is rather anonymous (plus it's self-service). Prices a little (too) high... it seems to me that the quality has dropped compared to the beginning.

It's one of my favorite pastry shops in Milan. There are various locations. The staff is kind and prepared. I usually eat sweets, so I don't know how to review the savory ones, but just by looking at them I'd say that it's excellent too. The desserts are among the best I have ever tasted, especially the French pastries, such as pan au chocolate or eclairs. Absolutely highly recommended, to try at least once in your life.

Luogo ideale per una pausa veloce. L ambiente, i dolci deliziosi e soprattutto le baguette rendono questo posto evocativo DELL'ARTE DELLA BOILANGERIE FRANCESE

Grazie ad Egalitè che ci regala il piacere di poter fare colazione in boulangerie pur essendo a Milano.
Locale molto carino in zona porta Venezia. Per colazione si trova di tutto, dai croissant (buonissimi e con tanto ripieno!) ai dolci francesi (madeleine, eclaire, tarte citron, tarte tatin…), al salato (croque monsieur, pane burro e marmellata…).
Finalmente un posto che offre anche una buona scelta per la colazione salata!
E una menzione speciale va alla croque monsieur, ottima.
Forse migliorabile la parte di panetteria, ho preso delle baguette buone ma un po’ bruciate.
Prezzi non economici, siamo a Milano, ma nemmeno eccessivamente alti.
