We returned twice. The pesto from another era was delicious, the gnocchi were also very good. The onion pie was excellent. The waitress who served us was very kind, delicious and very professional. The owner was also very kind.

Very, very, VERY rustic trattoria, it seems that time has stopped here. The focaccia is really good, in general, from pizza, to farinata, to savory pies, one of the best I have tasted even in neighboring towns. I recommend in particular, if you find it, the chard pie, I would have eaten a whole wheel. Also the Recco cheese focaccia is really good. Very friendly and cheap. Go to them, you won't go wrong.

The food was delicious, the service was charming. The best Tiramisu we've ever had. And they were so friendly, even though we don't speak a word of Italian.

Wow, what a fantastic kitchen at Trattoria Edobar, a hidden gem in Sori, this is probably the best Trattoria on the coast, we enjoyed all the dishes, the delicious house wine, the nice service and especially that the locals also come to eat there and you can taste and experience the real Italy here. Thank you all for this fantastic wonderful evening!!

Siamo riusciti a cenare x la prima volta. Locale accogliente, bella sala. Gentilissimo chi ci ha accolto e coccolati nel servizio. Specialità liguri assortite: dagli antipasti ai dolci, passando per i piatti da forno top. Noi abbiamo preso panissa e friscei con cipollina. Poi il piatto tris: farinata, focaccia al formaggio, focaccia pizzata. Poi ancora golosi un primo: pansoti alla salsa di noci e battolli al pesto, fagiolini e patate. Battolli sono delle tagliatelle fatte in casa da loro, miste tra bianche e fatte di farina di castagne...favoloso tutto. Un dolcetto della casa tra i tanti: crostata di mele e cannella meravigliosa. Prezzi ottimi visti quelli che girano altrove. Porzioni più della media...infatti abbiamo dimezzato alcune pietanze...non vedo l'ora di tornarci a Sori

In un sabato sera affollatissimo, con il locale completo, siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla gentilezza e professionalità del personale, in particolare dal cameriere Marco che ci ha servito con professionalità e simpatia. Dulcis in fundo la bontà delle pietanze, una bella frittura di pesce asciutta e leggera e i deliziosi storici taglierini, questa sera con le vongole fresche. Come tante altre volte, siamo usciti soddisfatti e torneremo ☺️☺️

12/06/2025: A true 5-star tavern, run with heart and professionalism! Good food, simple and familiar atmosphere, honest prices, the ideal mix for an evening with friends or colleagues.
23/05/2025: osteria discovered by chance ... oh what a great discovery! everything was delicious! from the vegetable flan as an appetizer to the panna cotta as a dessert, passing by the trenette with pesto and the tagliata that melts in your mouth! and then the main dish.. the snails! we asked for the addition of spicy, perfect! We had a great time, the staff was super professional and available to clarify every aspect of the menu and to advise you for the best. I highly recommend it!

02/07/2025: Trattoria della val cichero with a rating of trattoria/osteria. Convenient parking and wheelchair accessible. Rustic and clean environment Barely adequate service⭐️⭐️⭐️ kind and fast but with a verbal menu without prices (a simple sheet of paper or blackboard would be enough for a more relaxed choice) and a dirty glass that was promptly changed after our request. Dishes ⭐️⭐️⭐️ with the second courses definitely better than the first courses. Complete dinner at €25 per person with a bottle of Barbera at €12. Value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you drop by, you can definitely do it If I may, a menu on paper with prices would be a sure improvement at zero cost Update after reply Thanks for the kind reply, we stopped unaware that you did a fixed menu. We were not told about this for my review. I was not criticizing the choice of doing a fixed menu instead of an à la carte one (which seems like a good choice that allows you a better organization with cost containment and consequently lower expenses for customers) but better information for customers. Thanks and good work
