A Must-Visit Gem in Sori: Edo Bar! ​Edo Bar in Sori is a truly delightful find, and it all starts with the owner. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the proprietor is such a genuinely nice person—warm, welcoming, and attentive, which sets a wonderful, relaxed tone for the whole dining experience. ​The food itself is absolutely delicious. We opted for the pizzas, and they were outstanding! Perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients, and packed with flavor—easily some of the best pizza we've had recently. ​Beyond the incredible food and hospitality, the space is a huge plus. The venue is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate any size of group, whether you're having an intimate meal or planning a large gathering with friends or family. ​I highly recommend making a stop at Edo Bar. Fantastic hospitality, big space, and truly delicious food make this place a winner!

We visited on a busy Sunday at lunchtime. The restaurant was very full so service was quite slow because there were so many tablesbto wait on. It's understandable under the circumstances. The food was good. Rustic, home cooking, comfort food in a family institution. It was a nice experience.

Spectacular! The farinata is a must-try, the pasta dishes are exceptional and plentiful, and the quality/price ratio is excellent! The staff is truly friendly and helpful!

yesss, this is the meaning of a “real” trattoria, even is thursday, out of the high season, the quality of the hand made Meals/ Products is exactly how it should be. the Trattoria full with local guests and only 2 foreigners…. this means something very special. thank you 🙏

It's one of my favorites. Known for 30 years as a business lunch, I've started frequenting it outside of work as well. Spacious dining room, excellent staff, expert and professional, they strive to make you feel comfortable in a friendly and welcoming manner. All the dishes are excellent, from the first courses to the fish main courses, the ever-present cheese focaccia, the farinata, the chestnut trofie... and even the pizzas! Spectacular.

Good food. Good prices. Italian workers.
