Possibly the best ice cream I’ve ever had.

The red wine and lavender shops are both delicious, and there's often a line. For gelato, you have to go to a shop with a lid on, where you can't see the gelato itself!

Gelateria Edoardo is undoubtedly a recommended stop for anyone who loves quality artisanal gelato. The place has a welcoming and refined atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. I particularly enjoyed the fresh and fragrant lemon cream, almost reminiscent of a natural citrus soap: clean on the palate, never cloying, perfect for those seeking a refined and unique flavor. The milk chocolate is also very good, smooth and enveloping, with an ideal balance between sweetness and intensity. The variety of flavors is interesting and beautifully presented, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients. My only small complaint: during busy periods, the wait can be a bit long, but it's still worth the wait. Overall, an excellent experience: creamy gelato, rich in flavor, and with a strong artisanal identity.

Good gelato, definitely not the best I’ve had here in Italy. However, the taste is a bit unique since they are using bio. Flavours are water based and scoops are a bit smaller compared to some other Gelateria. Overall, recommended still.

Pistachio: 8.6: The flavor is slightly salty, but not overpowering. The pistachio flavor is quite rich, but without the pistachio nuggets. I personally quite like it. Mango: 6.8: The flavor is average, not particularly special, so you don't need to order it.

Solo hazte un favor – toma un poco (o mucho) en un cono o en una taza. ¡Opta por algunos de los sabores más inusuales, como chocolate negro, chiles y chiles alegres! Excelente helado por el Duomo. Está en latas, no apilado alto como en otros lugares. Mi marido tomó una crepe con abril ot relleno y dijo que era tan delicioso! Recomiendo esta tienda de helado!
