I came for dinner with my wife. We ate very well and appreciated the customer service from all the staff. Highly recommended. We'll be back to try the mortadella sticks.

After seeing countless Instagram posts, I took advantage of a short stay in Rome to try Eden, the pistachio paradise. We ordered a Carbo burger, a deconstructed Carbo pistachionara, and two warm pistachio-filled cakes: everything was delicious, with well-balanced ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. We were very satisfied.

I've been to this heavenly place for dinner several times...from appetizers to desserts, a true explosion of taste and flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service is fairly quick...the prices are in line with other restaurants, and the ingredients are top-quality. Highly recommended (especially for pistachio lovers).

The fish is incredibly fresh, the quality is top-notch, and the dishes are simply delicious, prepared with great care and passion. The two guys are fantastic: kind, smiling, and super professional, they truly make you feel at home. The place is spotless, welcoming, and has an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service. The icing on the cake: our furry friend Teo was welcomed with affection and kindness, which makes this place even more special. A wonderful experience in every way. Highly recommended!!!
