I came for dinner with my wife. We ate very well and appreciated the customer service from all the staff. Highly recommended. We'll be back to try the mortadella sticks.

After seeing countless Instagram posts, I took advantage of a short stay in Rome to try Eden, the pistachio paradise. We ordered a Carbo burger, a deconstructed Carbo pistachionara, and two warm pistachio-filled cakes: everything was delicious, with well-balanced ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. We were very satisfied.

I've been to this heavenly place for dinner several times...from appetizers to desserts, a true explosion of taste and flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service is fairly quick...the prices are in line with other restaurants, and the ingredients are top-quality. Highly recommended (especially for pistachio lovers).

The classic Roman meatballs are delicious, but this restaurant also offers more sophisticated flavors like the Mantuan pumpkin meatball, the Hungarian goulash meatball, or the saltimbocca meatballs. Finally, the ricotta, coconut, and Nutella meatballs are a delight. Meatball, thank you for existing. Don't forget that everything is gluten-free. TOP.

04/12/2025: Sadly the sandwiches displayed are not the same with the ones you receive. The ones you get have less meat and cheese and modlstly salad. They are indeed tasty, the bread soft and fresh, but the overall sandwich is thinner, less meat, less cheese.
09/11/2025: Their most popular dishes are exquisite; the truffle ones are definitely worth trying.
