I had the opportunity to have lunch at the Eden restaurant, everything was really good, very kind staff, very clean place, a unique lunch we were ecstatic for pistachio lovers I highly recommend it.

This restaurant is a real gem for those who appreciate creative cuisine and, in particular, pistachio. The environment is welcoming, but what stands out is the courtesy of the staff: extremely kind, attentive and helpful. The menu is well structured, with clear indications on allergens and options for vegans, vegetarians and celiacs. It is also possible to customize the dishes according to your dietary needs, which makes the experience even more inclusive. Among the dishes tried were the Bomba al Pistacchio (Crispy Burrata with Creamy Pistachio Heart) and the Eden Burger (with artisanal bun, beef, stracciatella, pistachio pesto, crispy onion and chips ... obviously pistachio). Each course was excellent, both in taste and presentation. Absolutely recommended: an unmissable stop for those who love pistachio and good food.
