What can I say, we come from Velletri, 1 hour by car, but if it had been 3 hours we would have done it anyway, this one you will try is a real experience that you will hardly repeat.

Absolutely everything I ordered was exceptional. And I ordered quite a lot..over 200€, just as an idea..I went through the whole menu. The service is really good, considering that I was with two boys and they still had to change the cutlery. The owner is nice, always attentive to what we didn't want and if we were ok. Overall, a wonderful experience that I recommend to all pistachio lovers.💚

Super Instagrammable location 📸 and really strong vibes ✨ The marketing draws you in, but the dishes... wow 🤤 are so much more: we had two gourmet pinsas 🍕 and a dessert we're still dreaming about 🍰! We left there, really satisfied 💯 Right prices 💸 for the quality: amazing ingredients 👌 and pistachios everywhere 💚, the true king 👑 of the menu. We'll definitely be back to enjoy more mega-delicious treats 😋

I've been to Eden Pistacchio and can only recommend it to anyone. The menu is a true celebration of this ingredient; each dish is carefully crafted and brings out the flavor. The staff was welcoming and professional. I was happy to celebrate my birthday here. I'll definitely be back.

16/07/2025: The attention to detail is evident from the moment you enter. The welcome was courteous and professional, and the tables were spacious and well-spaced. The three of us dined on grilled octopus, tuna steak, saltimbocca, and mixed side dishes, all superbly cooked and made with top-quality ingredients. We also sampled a local organic white wine, "Capolemole" from the Carpineti winery. Highly recommended.
11/07/2025: I'd been looking for a restaurant in the area for a while with an uncompromising seafood menu... I finally found it! A very well-mannered family: father, mother, and son, a top-notch trio in the kitchen and dining room. Not a single discordant note, from appetizers to desserts, with first and second courses perfect in every flavor. I'll return often.

22/08/2025: A true place, where simplicity combines with the excellence of the ingredients and the culinary expertise. Attentive service. Everything is excellent. It's a pleasure to return, and not just because it's my favorite place ❤️
15/08/2025: Excellent in every way... The staff were kind and helpful. The food was also very good, both the appetizers and the main courses. I recommend this place, which is a typical restaurant in the Castelli Romani.
