Introduction...in a world that increasingly frequents restaurants, and...a world of "judges and reviewers," my opinion of this place is: Unique!!! and absolutely worth trying, because you'll understand for yourself.
I've always been a traditionalist when it comes to food, but as I get older, I increasingly appreciate those who can offer something traditional but with a fresh take.
Eden for me is: a menu that changes slowly but constantly, making us appreciate the seasonality of the products. The owner, Mattia, is clearly in love with what he does, and it's evident not only in the results he achieves, not only in how he works, but above all in his choice of quality ingredients and his creativity in always seeking innovation. And then, the "commercial offers" like the midweek specials to entice us all to indulge in a treat!!! Truly good and with the ability to appeal to everyone, for example, the first vegan dish on the menu (mushrooms and truffles) is GALACTIC!!!!!! and probably everyone on Earth and beyond will love it! No problem: everything is superb.

A great restaurant in the Trionfale area...the food is truly top-notch...the staff is young and always attentive.
Good selection of wines and beers.
Average prices for the excellent quality of the food.
An outsider worth considering among the new offerings in Roman dining.

Very good vegan options: the sandwich is top-notch, as is the pasta. Unfortunately, they don't have a vegan cheesecake, but they do have a vegan dessert option.

Good morning, it wasn't the first time I ate here and it's always been good... but today it just didn't work... I had a Finnish sirloin steak with a side of potatoes... let's start with the meat... tough and full of nerves, the potatoes were very salty... the table we ate at, which was wooden outside, was sticky, maybe they should be degreased.
