28/10/2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true Italian treasure in the Dolomites mountains Amid the splendor of the Dolomites, this restaurant was one of the best discoveries of the trip. The experience began before I even sat down at the table, with a warm and personal welcome from the chef himself, who presented himself with rare cordiality. His kindness and attention were not just a detail, but the guarantee that I was about to experience a special night. He guided us through the menu with care and passion, explaining each dish with a wealth of detail that made his dedication and love for Italian cuisine evident. The meal was a celebration of the flavors of Italy. The ingredients were clearly fresh, carefully selected, and prepared with a refined technique that valued simplicity and intensity of flavors. We started with light and delicate starters, followed by handmade pasta that melted in the mouth, bringing the genuine flavor of local ingredients. The main dish was a spectacle in itself, perfectly balanced, with a combination of textures and flavors that impressed with each bite.
