I have never been a fan of places advertised on television programs but this time I had to change my mind, in fact we had a really good time: we ate very well, the price was reasonable and certainly more than adequate for the very high quality of the dishes.
The waiters are super friendly and helpful, even for the pre-dinner aperitif.
The place tends to be crowded during holiday periods, so it's best to book a little in advance.

Today I had the pleasure of enjoying a hot chocolate prepared in front of me by Jerry, the bartender of Edelweiss Stube. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying such a drink.
The hot chocolate, prepared with fresh milk and cocoa powder, had a perfect consistency: thick but not too much, with a rich and enveloping flavour, which was never too sweet. The accompanying whipped cream added an extra touch of creaminess, making each sip even more indulgent.
Jerry took care of every detail, preparing it with attention and passion, and this made the experience even more special. It's clear that the place puts a lot of care into the quality of its drinks.
Ultimately, a hot chocolate that not only tastes of tradition, but is enriched by quality and attention to detail, which make the difference.

Delightful restaurant. The staff were immediately welcoming and obviously took pleasure in presenting beautiful food and good wine. The atmosphere is well created, quiet acoustic and low level volume music. This was a great evening

Nell’ambiente curato in stile shabby si può mangiare rilassati , le cameriere sono gentili e premurose.
La cucina è interessante, qualche tocco moderno con una solida base classica. Ottime le guance di cinghiale col purè.
Squisita la tartar di manzo battuta al coltello.
Bella cantina con tanti metodi classici da abbinare. Anche se abito lontano ci tornerò.

Siamo stati a pranzare domenica in questo ristorante dopo avere prenotato, ottima accoglienza e cibo ottimo . Abbiamo preso come antipasti tartare di cervo, e prosciutto crudo, come primi tortelli con burro e crema di ortica, poi tartare di camoscio e umidità do di cervo. Come dolce millefoglie, croccante di mandorle. Complimenti allo chef ed a tutto il servizio
