A fantastic taste experience... 😀 Everything was excellent from the starters to the main courses...genuine flavors seasoned with the splendid courtesy of the staff. Beautiful place in the typical Sappada style.

Excellent little place in Sappada, which offers traditional and non-traditional dishes. The Sappada sauerkraut is delicious, as are the first courses!

Very soft and very tasty leg of lamb. Venison tartare a bit disappointing, a bit too expensive compared to the quantity on the plate, crostolo and carrot puree didn't excite me as a pairing. The unfiltered beer on tap is excellent. Average cost of 40 euros per person (without wines).

Before leaving we would like to leave a well-deserved review!!! Everything excellent! Big and small super happy ☺️ We just arrived and we'll be here all week but we already know we'll be back!

Nell’ambiente curato in stile shabby si può mangiare rilassati , le cameriere sono gentili e premurose. La cucina è interessante, qualche tocco moderno con una solida base classica. Ottime le guance di cinghiale col purè. Squisita la tartar di manzo battuta al coltello. Bella cantina con tanti metodi classici da abbinare. Anche se abito lontano ci tornerò.

10/05/2025: A unique trattoria in its authenticity, courtesy, kindness and simplicity. At Gino's it feels like going back in time... in healthy tastes, in welcome and in hospitality. A nice surprise to still find such healthy realities. Super recommended.

31/05/2025: Always top food, both the risotto al Piave and the meat. Excellent service in a rustic setting
18/05/2025: What a surprise! Real and authentic Italian Trattoria. Unusual location in the middle of a small town. Parking place 50 steps away from the entrance. You will be welcomed with a smile and a small appetiser of the house. Then the choices for the pasta (first plate) are all awesome! Also the house wine is very good. Definitely a place to visit again!
