Good food and a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it above all to escape the hustle and bustle of the rest of the streets of San Gimignano. We will return!

A little hidden among the streets of San Gimignano, it has a traditional menu at a truly competitive price (I have seen obscene prices due to the high tourist influx that characterizes this village, even restaurants with a cover charge of 6 euros per person). The bruschettas are exceptional, the bread is excellent and the ingredients are fresh and genuine with winning combinations. We then ate some well-prepared first courses. It is home-made cuisine, simple and tasty for an excellent quality/price ratio. Very happy to have discovered it!

If you're in San Gimignano and want to escape the tourist crowds, Echoes Bruschetteria is a total win. We shared the Tagliere Delizie (bruschetta set for two) – super tasty with lots of variety. My boyfriend had the Fagioli con Salsiccia (beans with sausage) and I went for the Ravioli al Ragù – both delicious and full of flavor. The place has a great vibe, good music, and feels more local and relaxed. Definitely worth a stop!

Si estás en San Gimignano y quieres escapar de las multitudes turísticas, Echoes Bruschetteria es una victoria total. Compartimos la Tagliere Delizie (juego de bruschetta para dos) – súper sabrosa con mucha variedad. Mi novio tenía el Fagioli con Salsiccia (frijoles con salchicha) y yo fui a por los Ravioli al Ragù, deliciosos y llenos de sabor. El lugar tiene un gran ambiente, buena música, y se siente más local y relajado. Definitivamente vale la pena una parada!

29/04/2025: Very noisy environment, sometimes you had to talk very loudly to have a conversation. Pasta with mushrooms and truffle cream was not tasty, boring in taste. Pizza with salami and gorgonzola was delicious. Tiramisu didn't have much to do with tiramisu. Service was very slow, and the two meals came to the table at a different time.

02/10/2024: Visited for a late lunch, nice small Ristorante with friendly staff and an interesting menu with lots of home made dishes. The Ravioli was very good, as was the lasagne, reasonably priced too.
26/09/2024: We had a great light lunch with some wine. Service was really good.
