La Piadineria alla scalinata

27/04/2025: Super stuffed piadina and very special flavours! Pecorino, caramelized figs, porchetta, raw spinach, walnuts, red onions and anchovies...excellent!!! The owner is kind and friendly, a little place perched on the staircase with wooden tables that used to be sewing machines ☺️ background music... Top 🔝 Honest prices.
17/04/2025: On Saturday 12 April after visiting the caves of San Michele we stopped at the piadineria La Scalinata for lunch. On the owner's advice we took the piadine with sardines, boned open and cooked as he knows how. O T T I M E! I recommend it for those who don't want to waste time and eat quickly. Giulio and Lorraine
