Trivial: I bought some packs of your coffee and by chance, in the "chocolate flavor" pack, when placing the capsules in the appropriate container, I noticed that there were 9 instead of 10. It's stupid, but I wonder and I wonder, even the number 1s sometimes get lost in the capsules!!

Yesterday I went to make a purchase. I usually find very nice and polite people, but yesterday NO. I found a sales assistant who annoyed me. I was supposed to get more pods, but I left. I hope that when I go back I won't find her. Unfortunately, I didn't see her name.

My first Italian Nespresso Experience! I was immediately greeted by Vakaba and was introduced to the new coffees and served by Giuseppe, some classic suggestions and cantuccini. Amazing atmosphere and service and a great team 10/10 :)

We wanted to personally thank Ferruccio, whose intervention saved NESPRESSO from losing an ambassador customer. But he wasn't on duty today. He knows how he helped us, and that's enough. He took charge of the problem and kept his word, unlike the customer service team, which on several occasions stalled and offered solutions that never materialized. The extremely positive assessment goes to the store. In my opinion, NESPRESSO needs to educate its remote support team about providing realistic and accurate information.

Very knowledgeable staff; I often come to the shop on Via Bel Fiore because everyone is always very kind. The shop is clean, and the tasting is always excellent. I highly recommend this experience.

The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger, chat, and enjoy your time unhurriedly. The service is attentive and friendly, never intrusive, and you can sense the passion of those who work with their customers. The food is excellent, both in quality and presentation, with an attention to detail that makes all the difference. Fish? In Milan, for me, there's only one name... Danilo Shannara2 An ideal place for an evening with friends or for a more intimate and relaxed moment. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
