We went to get a pizza and sat outside. It was confusing figuring out where to sit because there was no welcome. Like us, other disoriented potential customers left, but we sat down and were then moved to another spot, still in front of the Eataly entrance. Once seated, we waited a few minutes, and a friendly guy came to take our order, but the pizza took a little longer than expected, and the beer they brought immediately had already warmed up. The pizza with buffalo mozzarella was good, but all this hassle for a pizza and a beer seems excessive to me.

The bar at the entrance is very well stocked, and some of the staff are very friendly. The products are very good, and you can tell they're high-quality, but unfortunately so are their prices. Inside, the shop reminds me of those at highway rest stops, and so do their prices.

The new layout of the ground floor spaces is beautiful, but the produce section is lacking. The bakery is the highlight!

After Trieste, there is Eataly in Milan.
The same delicious pizza, the same quality and wide selection in the store. I really like it!

It's not a place with the lowest prices, but it has a wide variety of products, so it's a good place for grocery shopping, gift shopping, or just relaxing.

Every Italian type of shop in one, with tons of specialty items. Great for coffee, lunch, getting ingredients (produce, meat, cheese, breads,etc)
