waiters are very helpfull and kind, i liked this place, we ate pizza and pasta, both were good enough, prices were reasonable, hope to eat there again

I don't give a too severe rating in terms of stars because I don't want to penalize the activity too much, but I want to warn you about the paltry quantity of objects that are included in the TooGoodToGo bag for the "Save Christmas" initiative: for €7 you would expect something more than two packets of chocolates weighing one hundred grams and a pack of herbal teas. Then maybe you can come and tell me that the cocoa used to make the chocolates was hand selected by Willy Wonka then in that case I would apologize to Willy and give 5 stars

We went to Eataly Florence on a Sunday for lunch when the place wasn't yet crowded, yet we received very poor service. The service was very fast and in some respects even too fast. the dishes were served without removing those already at the table. The ingredients are quality, but the food is from franchises and in large quantities. We tasted the two tasting menus offered (Tuscan and South Tyrolean) and the polenta offered in the starters and dishes to follow was always the same. Taking into account the costs, the customer should be pampered more. The place is very nice, the shop is assorted with many Italian specialities.

Probamos Eataly en Florencia porque hemos tenido muy buenas experiencias allí en Chicago y París.
La comida era sabrosa, nada excepcional. El servicio se apresuró, ¿quizás no había suficiente personal de camareros?
Los precios eran medios para la zona.
