08/03/2026: We ended up here by mistake, and luckily for us, on a motorcycle tour in Casale Monferrato. We hadn't booked and it was packed, but they found us a spot at the counter, which we really enjoyed. The food was really good, and I noticed they had plenty of options even for me, a vegetarian, especially the main courses, which are rare to find. The crouton with cavolo nero, egg, and cacio e pepe fondue was absolutely delicious. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back.

09/10/2025: It's increasingly difficult to find trattorias like this one that combine excellent dishes, fast and friendly service, and very reasonable prices. Truly, congratulations. Highly recommended.
