05/01/2025: Chosen so randomly on the road to Barolo, it turned out to be a real surprise! Everything perfect from the appetizer to the dessert through to the wine. I think the best plin I've eaten, certainly the best chocolate and salted caramel cake and probably also the best dessert I've ever had. Congratulations indeed!
05/01/2025: We met him by chance on the road to Barolo, we stopped for lunch, invited by the scent coming from the kitchen and intrigued by the structure. Excellent welcome, excellent service and everything, from the wine to the dessert, every single course was "wow"! Surprising and highly recommended.
