Restaurant in the center of Gubbio where we stopped after a long day of visits and walks. We chose the menu of the day which included a plate of mixed cold cuts with Umbrian growth, pasta with meat sauce and as dessert vin santo with cantucci for only €19. In addition to everything being truly delicious, the doses were more than generous. The waiters were all very kind so we absolutely recommend this restaurant 💯

Very nice and well-kept place on the street in the centre. It seems a bit touristy but in reality the cuisine is very refined and refined. Good quality carbonara, amatriciana also very good. Fairly quick service. I was happy with it even though the price is a bit too high in my opinion.

I had dinner at this place with my partner and I was pleasantly surprised. Amazing Fassona tartare, abundant and of the highest quality. Sublime tagliatella with porcini mushrooms and truffle with excellent raw materials. We will definitely be back!

What can I say... quality restaurant, where the quality/price ratio is 100% respected. The guys who serve are young and it is a pleasure to see so much enthusiasm. Stunning and refined location, very relaxing atmosphere. Properly designed dishes with local ingredients. I tasted the egg stracciata with truffle, the excellent pasta carbonara, the fillet (stratospheric) and the crescia. Everything delicious. Well done! This is how you cook! Highly recommended! Wow effect activated...

Unico punto debole: il tempo d'attesa.
Per il resto tutto ok, ottima la crescia con mortadella di cinghiale e caciotta.
Locale accogliente e molto curato. Prezzi nella media. Consigliato.
