Dulcis In Fundo In Matera

Gorgeous spot for lunch, along the gorge, with great views. All tables have umbrellas, but you might still be in the sun. Waitress got our order wrong, but we weren't in a hurry, so we didn't mind. Food was excellent. Very simple, but fresh & quality ingredients (Caprese Salad to share, & a pizza each) Limoncello spritz very good! Note: Google maps initially sent us to a location in the town centre, but I'd passed this yesterday, & knew where it was. It's on Via Lucano. It's a few metres away from the ticket office / entry to the Murgia Park hike. Perfect spot if you've just done the hike!
