Francisco and Jessica are very lovely people, the food is amazing and the atmosphere truly makes one feel at home. They gave us amazing advices on what to do in Rome and also have two 2000 plus years old columns in their restaurant along with some equally ancient fountain so to summarise it all great food, history and lovely company, all that one wish to find when coming to Rome.

The food was tasty and the owner also spoke Dutch. This one told us a lot about Rome and the surrounding area. Thank you very much

The female boss is kind. There was something warmer about it than excessive kindness... I arrived before opening and was waiting at an outdoor table when the owner opened the store with a buongiorno greeting and always smiled when we made eye contact. I tried authentic carbonara here for the first time. It was salty but delicious, and the braised oxtail was also good. During my trip to Italy, this was the only time I ate at an outdoor table. The atmosphere was nice and it wasn't crowded, so I liked it. Recommended as a place for lunch on days when you go to the Colosseum. However, the bread before the meal is very hard haha.

I visited after 7pm on a Saturday in late August. There were about two groups in the store when we entered, but it quickly filled up, so if you don't have a reservation, it's probably best to arrive around 7pm. There were 2-3 staff members who seemed to be busy, but they were very kind with smiles on their faces.When I was unsure about another dish, they told me that they recommended the grilled vegetables and that they could have an assortment as well, so I ordered them. The carbonara had a simple taste of eggs and cheese, and the sauce was cooked through, making it a heavy pasta with a mushy texture. It was different from the Japanese cream carbonara. The mozzarella and tomatoes in the caprese are fresh and delicious. However, it is surprisingly large, so be careful when ordering it. lol What I highly recommend is the grilled vegetable platter. It was juicy, the vegetables had a strong flavor, and it was shockingly delicious. Everything was very delicious. If I ever go to Italy again, it's a restaurant I would definitely want to eat at again.

Everything is delicious. Especially the tiramisu, you can't miss it. Excellent attention.

La migliore tratttoria di Roma centro. Tutto ottimo. Piatti romani. Gnocchi buonissimi. Rapporto qualita'/prezzo imbattibile. The only place in the City centre where you can eat the true roman food.
