Due Cigni In Montecosaro

Passing through during a trip to the villages of the Macerata hinterland, we stopped for lunch in the Due Cigni restaurant. We had a more than good time, in terms of environment (clean, bright, elegant), in terms of food (traditional dishes revisited just enough to make them special), in terms of economic treatment (excellent quality/price ratio) and finally in terms of hospitality and customer care (a waiter who welcomes, explains, brings to the table with attention and a smile and a joke that never hurts). If we were to be in the area, we would happily return.

We went to dinner on New Year's Eve and had a great time, the food was good and the evening was nice, I recommend it.

Really good lunch, wide choice with dishes with simple and traditional ingredients but with modern elegance and techniques. Possibility of a fixed price tasting menu. The bread, the entrée and the galantine are excellent.
