Elegant venue. Suitable for a coffee or aperitif but also after dinner. Very kind staff

Perhaps the Duchi café with its retro lounge atmosphere is not the best choice for having a normal breakfast at eight in the morning, but it was the closest bar to which I only had a few minutes of time available. I asked for a ginseng coffee and they looked at me as if I had asked for the moon: no, they didn't have ginseng. I didn't have time to go anywhere else so I settled for a coffee and a cream brioche (virtual cream because in the enormous belly of the cream brioche there was maybe half a teaspoon) for the modest sum of €340... Never again

Having entered by mistake, the child had to run to the bathroom. Without batting an eyelid, the staff with super kindness let us in... thus being able to subsequently consume cannoli and coffee in peace. Many places have lost this sense of altruism towards children, who sometimes have to run to the bathroom, asking for the order almost with arrogance. My aim was to rush in for primary needs and then order. Congratulations to the staff for the empathy shown, in the context of a place that is certainly of a high human level and certainly in an extraordinary environment. When I find myself in those parts again I will absolutely go to a place with these exceptional characteristics

Nice atmosphere, friendly service, good coffee. I liked that the restroom was very clean. But....hey guys, wash the cups before serving in them. We got a cappuccino in a cup with lipstick stains, a teapot with stains from the previous tea. We are always in a good mood and laughed at the situation but it's really not ok and I don't understand how this is possible nowadays.
