Buffet for my daughter's graduation party impeccably organized with savory pastries and very fresh mini desserts and a delicious high quality cake. Very kind and patient staff. Elegant and well-kept place, definitely recommended.

Il duca a tavola is a restaurant with, I think, the best position in Ferrara, near the castle, so the view is perfect, but that's the only perfect thing here. We ate here some carbonara spaghetti which was ok, good tasting, the Hugo spritz was good, but the pizza seemed like it was frozen, and the waitress was bad, forgetting about our order. I think that, besides the view or because the view, it is a tourist trap.

Historic café in Ferrara, it has a vast assortment of pastries, and is the ideal place for an aperitif with a "Castle view". Friendly, qualified and helpful staff.

Pastry shop in front of the castle. We stopped for lunch. Friendly and relatively fast service. Price ok also because it is centrally located. We ate the Ferrarese pasticcio. Excellent and produced by their laboratories on the first floor.

Gelato abbastanza buono. Niente di particolare rispetto a ciò che si vede in giro. Non troppa scelta nei gusti, ci sono solo i principali, e probabilmente ogni gusti è un po' più "modificato" rispetto al suo naturale. Ma comunque era buono. Prezzi giusti e nella norma. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Nota positiva: la coppetta più piccola era veramente grande: se quella era la piccola, mi immagino come erano la media e la grande! Ottima posizione in centro, proprio di fronte al castello estense.
