I had an aperitif on a Saturday evening at a table inside. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was quick and courteous. The aperitif was served with a generous selection of quality appetizers—nothing to complain about!

I went for ice cream. I spent €4 on an ice cream, and it was very good. When I got to the bathroom after my meal, the situation was dire: there was no toilet paper in the restrooms. Luckily, I had a pack of tissues in my bag. Later, my mother also needed the restroom. While I was waiting, I went to look for toilet paper in the other two restrooms (men's and disabled), but there was none. But I wonder how it's possible that it ends up in not just one restroom, but three-thirds of them. Not to mention the cleanliness... The dining room is very nice, but the restrooms, I'm sorry, are neglected. I want to point out that I'm a waitress and have worked in the restaurant business for years.

We stopped by during the opening weekend of the Chagall exhibition and luckily found a table for two, the last one left. So, reservations are a must for future visits, given the large crowd. The appetizers for two are delicious. The caponata is perhaps a bit too salty.

2025, the heated gazebo was excellent for an aperitif with a friend who lives in Ferrara. We stopped for a quick drink and an ice cream with coffee, considering the sweltering heat. The interior was adequately cooled and features a large, comfortable veranda.

22/06/2025: We chose the place on the spot without consulting any reviews. Well located on the seafront, a spacious restaurant with plenty of seating, friendly staff, excellent fish, but... We were attracted by the sign for the daily special, we asked for a table for three and were seated; the place wasn't crowded, quite the opposite. Problem 1...they forgot about us. After half an hour of sitting (30 minutes, actually), I asked for them to take our order; we were about to leave. Problem 2...Our order wasn't available; they had sold out of the daily special. To avoid waiting another half hour for them to come back for our order, we chose quickly. Two grilled fish, a plate of tagliolini with shrimp and truffle, a fried calamari and a portion of chips, water and a glass of white wine, and two coffees to finish. Quick service and an excellent first round of dishes. Problem 3...for the fried food, I had to go back and ask the waiters, and it arrived after my guests had already finished...a (partial) disappointment. It was plentiful, but except for the ones above, everything was too greasy. I left half of it because I was almost nauseated. Total cost of €124, and not a single one. Sorry for the delay...a few things could be improved. How will things go when you get there during the peak season?
16/06/2025: We've been going here for years, and it continues to be one of the nicest and most reliable restaurants in the area. In addition to their pizza, you should try their sea bass. Table service is provided... so avoid everyone arriving at 8:00 PM on Saturdays.
