Today June 2nd at 10:02 ordered a macchiatone, a large cup of barley and a bread amberjack......at 10:26. Not yet served. Asked for explanations to the ordering clerk who TURNED BACK AND DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO JUSTIFY THE DELAY OR TRY TO REMEDY IT. Reported incident to the owner who HOWEVER DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. ........................The plastic cups in a delicatessen in the historic center of the city are unacceptable.

I highly recommend it to enjoy local specialties in a quiet environment with an amazing view of the palace. Good service and very good prices, delicious food!!!!

06/06/2025: Ivan and Federica top barmen and barwomen. Just a coffee and lots of joy, friendliness and juggling as a professional cocktail-barman. After visiting the Estense fortress and/or the cathedral of Ferrara, a stop at the Santos Caffè bar is a must
18/05/2025: I wanted to compliment Federica, bartender and waitress of this place, for her professionalism and kindness. From the first moment she welcomed us with a beautiful smile, making me and my friend feel truly welcome. She was always very careful to satisfy our every request with courtesy and great efficiency You can see that she loves her job and that she has a natural predisposition to contact with the public. Thanks to her, our experience in the place was even more pleasant. Employees like this really make the difference! We will definitely be back also thanks to her Well done 🙌🏻🙌🏻

04/05/2025: Very good pizza especially the carbonara, well cooked chicken meat. Overall good dishes cooked on the grill. Oven and fire in plain sight.
03/05/2025: excellent service, delicious pizza, large, very well seasoned but very digestible, I didn't have the opportunity to taste it but they have a spectacular roast meat grill
