Nice and pleasant environment. We tried the DYNAMISM menu (with surprise dishes from the chef), at a cost of €85 each and a tasting of 3 wines for €25. The cuisine aims to be innovative by using raw materials, including many vegetables, treated and made interesting by minimal and particular preparations. Overall I liked some dishes and others less, but for the amount spent, satisfaction did not prevail. Courteous and prepared service. There is the possibility of staying overnight. Maybe it's a renovated farmhouse completely immersed in the vineyards, a wonderful location. The menu offers three different tasting itineraries or you can order your favorite dish à la carte. We opted for the Fasoli 99, dedicated to the almost centenary of the winery, located near the hotel. Raw materials that appear to be of excellent quality, with genuine but refined flavours, all accompanied by excellent wine. The staff is young, smiling and friendly. Definitely worth coming back!

excellent cuisine, some dishes cooked faithfully to foreign recipes, one perceives a high qualitative value of the dishes and, also frequenting starred restaurants, I can say that the service, mis en place and quality of the products comes close to the atmosphere of the restaurants with the stars. Particularly recommended for those who love attention to detail and the revisiting of local products in an elegant way. I have been going to the restaurant occasionally for dinner for a few years and I always have nice surprises with menu changes and proposals. Excellent wine.

We have dined several times in this location which improves every time I return. The metamorphosis tasting menu is innovative and surprising. We will be back more often. Well done guys!
