Maybe it's a renovated farmhouse completely immersed in the vineyards, a wonderful location. The menu offers three different tasting itineraries or you can order your favorite dish à la carte. We opted for the Fasoli 99, dedicated to the almost centenary of the winery, located near the hotel. Raw materials that appear to be of excellent quality, with genuine but refined flavours, all accompanied by excellent wine. The staff is young, smiling and friendly. Definitely worth coming back!

excellent cuisine, some dishes cooked faithfully to foreign recipes, one perceives a high qualitative value of the dishes and, also frequenting starred restaurants, I can say that the service, mis en place and quality of the products comes close to the atmosphere of the restaurants with the stars. Particularly recommended for those who love attention to detail and the revisiting of local products in an elegant way. I have been going to the restaurant occasionally for dinner for a few years and I always have nice surprises with menu changes and proposals. Excellent wine.

We have dined several times in this location which improves every time I return. The metamorphosis tasting menu is innovative and surprising. We will be back more often. Well done guys!

The quality, taste, presentation and professionalism in this restaurant is quiet a surprise. A Michelin star quality restaurant. The ambience of the location in the middle of the vineyards is also very special. A definite must for a romantic dinner or special occasion & why not stay the night as well!! Beautiful hotel in wonderful rural setting amongst the vineyards. Rooms were spacious, airy and clean. Food was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and so friendly. Nothing was too much. We turned up late for lunch but they still managed to produce a lovely fresh salad out of hours. Overall, would highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
