I have known this restaurant since its origins and it has always been among my favorites in the valley. This "new" management has made it an even more welcoming and pleasant place. The owners and staff were kind and attentive. The attentive and professional service. The food was sublime and well presented. Compliments!

The restaurant is located in a small village 5 minutes from Sestriere, a quiet and characteristic location. Refined but warm place, also thanks to the hospitality and kindness of the staff. The food is excellent: we ordered the polenta croutons accompanied by mushrooms as a starter... right from the start we knew that the dinner would only continue for the better!! The highlight (in our opinion) was the first: Le Ghenefles from Champlas... we relied on tradition and local raw materials and it was a delicious surprise. We highly recommend their delicious Strudel for dessert! If you are looking for a place near Sestriere that can make you feel at home and where you can taste typical local dishes, this is the place you are looking for.
