We had dinner at Dry on a Saturday evening in early August with a couple of friends. The pan-fried focaccia was excellent (try the one with veal in tuna sauce). The waiter who served us was excellent, but the staff was nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, we had a very long wait for the pizza, probably due to some kitchen issues. The dining room was a bit dark, which I found a bit unwelcoming. Overall, though, I can say it's a nice place to spend a pleasant evening.

Super authentic Italian pizzeria 😍 The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive 🥰 Compliments ❣️ There's also a really nice bar up front. You need to make a reservation at this place, otherwise there's no room.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A true highlight in Milan! DryMilano completely delighted us! The pizzas were simply outstanding – crispy dough, fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced flavors. Each one was a delight and demonstrated how creative and authentic Italian cuisine can be. I'd especially like to commend our waiter: He was not only friendly and attentive, but also advised us with great expertise and charm. His recommendations were spot-on and enhanced our dining experience even further. The ambiance is stylish and modern without being cold – just the right mix for a relaxed evening with friends or a special occasion. We'll definitely be back. DryMilano is a must for anyone who appreciates great pizza and excellent service!

A well-deserved spot in the Top 50 Pizzas! A cocktail bar location, Dry specializes in pizza and cocktails. The menu also recommends the best cocktail to pair with each pizza. The pizza is light, the ingredients are excellent, and the mix is perfect. I ate: - Focaccia with veal in tuna sauce: the veal in tuna sauce is truly exquisite, and it goes perfectly on the focaccia. I expected a thicker focaccia, but this one was very thin. - Piennolo giallo: delicious, I loved it. The perfect mix of flavors. As good as it was beautiful to look at. - Norma: good, slightly more delicate than the piennolo giallo. For dessert, I had the Drymisù, their reinvented version of tiramisu. I have to say, it's delicious. I rarely order tiramisu in restaurants; I always think, "I make it better at home." Not in this case. A reinterpretation that works perfectly, exquisite cream, and a coffee cube in the center covered in exquisite chocolate. Congratulations on the idea. I paired everything with a mom's recipe. I didn't really like it; I expected it to be sweeter, but that's just a matter of personal preference. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, ready to advise you on the various options. They were also willing to modify some of the pizzas. I'll definitely be back to try more!

Abbiamo mangiato fuori sui tavolini, non proprio comodi per farci stare 3 pizze+menù formato poster film al cinema. Ci hanno dato delle ciotoline di benvenuto che ho apprezzato, ma la pizza purtroppo non mi ha entusiasmata. L'impasto era buono, ma la base mi è sembrata molle e sottile, non reggeva molto il condimento. E la mozzarella era poca! Bravi invece i ragazzi del personale, giovani e attenti.

En mi opinión uno de los mejores lugares de Milán para disfrutar de cócteles excepcionales elaborados por bartenders de alto nivel, acompañados de interesante y refinada comida para los dedos en la zona del bar. O pruebe un menú completo en la zona de restaurantes, para probar interpretaciones absolutamente y extraordinarias de pizzas y focaccias en variaciones que nunca antes había probado. Ambiente fresco y de moda con luces suaves y música de salón de calidad, gente agradable, recuerde reservar, a menudo puede suceder no encontrar un lugar sin ella. . .
