This restaurant was great. The food was really good, the wine was excellent, and the owner was very friendly. The atmosphere was also great. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

A fantastic discovery. Super fresh fish and some of the best raw fish I've ever tried. The menu is original, with excellent pairings, and you can tell they really know how to handle the ingredients. Family-run, friendly, and welcoming. The place is also really cute, a real gem. If you're looking for amazing raw fish that melts in your mouth (and excellent wines), this is a must-try. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was very good, and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Unfortunately, despite the restaurant being empty, we had to wait a long time for the two plum cakes and a tartare (for products that didn't require cooking). The price was perhaps a bit high for the informal setting. Very friendly staff.

We were a bit burned out roasting under the sun for the day, and looking for something refreshing close to our accommodation, then we found this amazing place! Service was excellent, super nice owner explained their new menu patiently in English. Dishes are super fresh and paired with unique homemade sauces. Would 100% return to here next time in Rome and highly recommend to any tourists arriving in Rome. You won’t be disappointed 💯

Truly an extraordinary experience. A simply exceptional raw fish restaurant: the fish is among the best I've ever eaten, incredibly fresh, prepared with great sensitivity, and paired with never banal, yet always balanced dishes. Each dish exudes attention to detail, quality of the ingredients, and respect for the product. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, with a relaxed, family atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. Passionate management is evident. The staff is competent, attentive without being intrusive, and above all, genuinely friendly: they contribute significantly to the overall quality of the experience. The wine list is top-notch, with well-selected labels that perfectly complement the raw fish selection. One of those places you really want to return to.

The first (and only) tartare bar in Italy: absolute quality, truly difficult—if not impossible—to find elsewhere in Rome. The red prawns and tuna are simply exceptional, among the best I've ever tasted. The wine selection is also excellent, mostly refined and non-commercial labels. The location is meticulously maintained and intimate, with original vintage furnishings, far from the usual standards. All this in a quiet little square overlooking the Sallustiani Gardens. An added bonus is the service: it's a family business, with parents in the kitchen—simply extraordinary—and children in the dining room who welcome and look after guests with impeccable attention. Highly recommended!
