Typically Matera clean place, very welcoming and kind staff, the food with excellent quality raw materials, the pizza really really good, despite being cooked in an electric oven it is fragrant. We took the pizza menu for €18 (including drinks) but there is also the menu of the day, off-menu and à la carte, in short, a wide choice. Highly recommended

Delicious pizza, reasonably priced. Really cool setting in a cave restaurant with indoor or outdoor seating options. Salads were also good and good local wine selection.

Due to the proximity (also because of the many stairs) to the accommodation and the good reviews, we chose the Dottoni for our last evening in Puglia. We were welcomed and seated very friendly. We decided on a local white, an Insalata Mista (very fresh) and two classic pizzas. Everything done right and our standard ending Amaro. Espresso and grappa were also excellent. Thank you for the nice end to your vacation.

Tra le grotte del sarto caveoso, un po' più distante dai locali della movida un ristorante dalla cucina semplice, locale e gustosa. Fave e cicoria, orecchiette cime di rapa e peperone crusco, ed orecchiette stracciatella e peperone crusco sono stati una vera delizia. Abbiamo ordinato anche altro, che hanno arricchito e concluso un buon pasto. Unica accortezza: i panzerotti conosciuti sul litorale barese sono completamente diversi, fritti croccanti e fatti con impasto proprio, non quello della pizza. Personale attento, garbato, pronto a proporre e soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, mai invadente....... complimenti per la pazienza e professionalità. Esperienza consigliata.

Semplicemente spettacolare. Siamo stati con amici per festeggiare un addio al celibato, abbiamo cenato, tutto buonissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli.
