We hadn't been to the beautiful Dorotea spaghetti shop for about 10 years. There have been many changes, especially in the menu, which has resulted in an increase in the quality and refinement of the product. We opted for a menu that included 5 appetizers, a spaghetti of your choice, dessert and final rosolio. It was a tasting journey of pleasant discovery. Excellent service, attentive staff, refined and welcoming environment. If you've never been there, pass by Bitetto and stop at the Dorotea spaghetti shop

Cenare qui è stata una bellissima esperienza, spaghetti cottura perfetta e sugo che te lo raccomando. Braciola al sugo che si scioglieva in bocca, pane croccante, taralli e olio al tavolo buonissimi. Il personale davvero gentilissimo, attento, ci hanno anche consigliato delle cantine nei dintorni visto che abbiamo assaggiato un primitivo speciale. Se passate da Bitetto un'esperienza qui la dovete assolutamente fare, spaghetti fantastici!

I really have to compliment this restaurant, which really surprised me from many points of view. First of all for the availability and welcome they showed, because (unfortunately) not everyone spends time listening to a customer and understanding their needs. Let me explain, I asked if there were vegan options and, unlike what usually happens, I did not receive the usual hasty response, but a sincere interest in accepting my request. Arriving at the restaurant the following day, we were presented with an elaborate menu, consisting of vegan starters, first courses and even desserts (which is more unique than rare). Each dish was thoughtful and tasty and I like to think that the chef had fun preparing the menu. When there is passion in what you do, you can feel it. The service was impeccable, thanks to the kindness and preparation of the waiter who looked after us. Finally, the location, which is beautiful, can be seen from the photos, but in person it is even better! A truly beautiful evening, it's very nice to know that there is such a place run by such good, polite and knowledgeable people. Thank you!

Sympathische Kneipe mit guter Küche, besser reservieren. Nettes Personal, eine Speisekarte gibt es nur online. Wir hatten eine Degustation von 3 verschiedenen Nudeln, mit Melanzane, mit Oktopus und mit Pilzen und Trüffel, perfekt Al dente. Dazu gibt es gute Weine.

We went there for a family lunch. All excellent courses from the appetizers to the various tastings of first and second courses. Absolutely recommended.

Tried both a first course and a second course, excellent. The bread and taralli are also good.
