Literally one of the best restaurants in Puglia and I’ve been coming here for many years. It’s the classic example of a true hidden gem. The owner/chef is a charming entrepreneur whose restaurant is clearly a passion project which he has worked from the ground up. Inventive dishes with powerful local ingredients - spaghetti all’assassina is amazing as well as the antipasti chosen by the chef. Great wine list - loved the sussumaniello red. Generous with extras and digestivi. Even the grandma was there to welcome us and offer her limoncello. Great fun; plus supporting local self-made restauranteur.

A wonderful discovery, this spaghetti shop with a welcoming and soft atmosphere. The location is not very large and is still a very popular place, so I recommend booking in advance and for not too large groups. We tried the €27 tasting menu which included mixed starters, a first course of your choice, monkfish and Apulian rosoli. All very good, very refined starters and unusual first courses. In particular, among the first courses I really appreciated the cacio pepe & scottona and also the spaghetti garlic and oil pezzente & cardoncelli. A little less, however, "it almost seems like Nerano", but it is a matter of personal taste. The only point that is not too favorable is that to choose the tasting menu the whole table must agree, so it is not possible to have different orders (for example a member who only wants the first one then influences the choices of the whole table ). The service was also excellent, kind and quick waiters, who were also able to recommend excellent wines to accompany the tasting (not included in the cost of the menu). Definitely coming back

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un piacevole pranzo. Locale non molto grande, ma accogliente. Staff preparato e gentile. Ottima qualità di piatti gourmet variegati, soprattutto gli spaghetti(abbiamo preso 3 diversi tipi di piatti) e sono stati tutti ottimi. Prezzo totale: onesto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.😉
