Beautiful experience of visiting and tasting at the laboratories where this typical dessert of the Natisone Valleys is produced. The girls, third generation heirs, were very good at explaining the history of their family and their traditions handed down over the decades... the tastings were excellent, you couldn't help but go out purchasing what you had seen and tasted... to be repeated

Had a guided tour of the laboratory through we food, highly recommended! The gubane and especially the fried ostrich are very good. Then stop for a coffee, the 2 baristas could put on an extra smile.
