Our longtime favorite pizzeria, with the option of pairing pizza with champagne from small winemakers... the pan-cooked pizza is a real delight... Fabio, who runs the place, is always very kind and available for advice and curiosities about the magnificent Monferrato region.

Excellent pizza: among the best in Casale Monferrato, digestible dough and quality ingredients. Owner and staff always smiling and kind. Very welcoming place where works of art are exhibited that change frequently (and can be purchased). Also great for an evening with children.

10/10/2025: I didn't know, I was very happy, the pizza was delicious, the dough was sublime, truly excellent and also very honest, as far as I'm concerned, 1st place in Novi and the surrounding area.
29/09/2025: The gluten-free pizzas are very good, and since they've made gluten-free desserts, everything has improved dramatically. I also ordered a beautiful and delicious gluten-free cake: congratulations!
