I went on Sunday with my boyfriend for the all-you-can-eat ribs. I'll start by saying I don't usually write reviews, but I thought it was appropriate to share my experience. When we arrived, they seated us, took our order shortly after, and brought us nachos and drinks. So far, everything was fine, except we waited a full hour for the first course of ribs. My boyfriend had completely finished his drink half an hour before the food finally arrived. We had a movie after lunch, and it's a good thing we didn't buy tickets in advance, because otherwise we never would have made it. We watched the next screening in Italian, but it was a shame because we wanted to watch it in the original language, and the one we missed was the last screening of the day. After the first course, the pace picked up slightly, although towards the end, the ribs were almost entirely charred. Ignoring that, they were actually pretty good, so good that I'd go back despite everything (maybe on a day when we're not in a rush). I don't blame the waiters because they seemed pretty panicked too. The place wasn't even particularly busy; in fact, it seemed half empty, but it seemed severely understaffed (in fact, a sign outside said they were looking for staff). I didn't give the service one star only because, ultimately, the few staff there were were friendly and doing their best, but I can't give it more than two because the experience was quite frustrating and unsatisfying. I just hope the management can hire more staff, because in terms of the atmosphere, food, and specials, I really like the place and would love to return!

Maxi Burger is always delicious and if you order it on Thursday you pay half price!

The environment perfectly reflects the classic style of the Roadhouse chain: welcoming, clean and well-kept. A plus point is certainly the presence of a room slightly separated from the rest, ideal for those looking for a little more tranquility away from the confusion. The staff in the room is young, dynamic and shows a strong desire to offer impeccable service. A special thanks to Asia, Niccolò, Michele and Hamed for the professionalism and courtesy shown during my visit. Excellent experience!

All very good, took an r-special and a swiss burger and an Apple pie. All very good, cooked as requested (medium one and well done the other). Asia very kind in serving us and with a super memory to tell us the whole list of desserts
