I would say excellent, excellent fish served with care and artfully cooked... friendly staff and the professionalism of the owners is appreciated... I will return often and I am grateful for the excellent dinners they served us

Great restaurant! Gianni and Desiré and all the staff make you feel right at home. Every time we come to Varazze we eat at Gambero at least once. Highly recommended.

The dishes are always up to par and the staff are very helpful... A note of thanks to the owners, they are always very hospitable and nice! From appetizers to desserts it never disappoints...recommended if you are in Varazze without a shadow of a doubt
