The pistachio ice cream with chocolate and corn flakes (I can't remember the name) is delicious. It's amazing! And they're incredibly filling, both in the tub and in the brioche form.

My boyfriend is a fan of the gelato here. Brontessa is worth it. I also loved their Sicilian cassata, which is anything but ordinary, with a delicate flavor but delicious. I've never had such a good cassata. I'll definitely be back tonight.

The best gelato I've had in Sicily... truly excellent! Given the warm weather, it was great to be able to use the tables inside. The ladies serving were courteous and friendly. They also gave advice on flavor subscriptions...

We went for the big cup of ice cream. You get to choose 4 flavors, plus they top it with a cannoli and fresh whip. It's a must try if you are an ice cream buff!

20/06/2025: From the outside it didn't look like anything special, we went in for the promo brioche+granita 3€ and croissant+coffee 1.5€ The pastries were delicious, large and filled to bursting We took advantage of the opportunity to also get a "take-away lunch": arancini, panzerotto, and more (4 large pieces) All delicious When she did the bill and said 10€ including breakfast (granita+brioche and pasta+coffee) I didn't want to believe it Ps: the girl at the counter is very nice and already on the second day she treated us like family (obviously we went there every day we were in Noto) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
