My Sicilian food knowledge is limited still but I’m impressed by
- Holly Molly pasta con sarde (I font use the word often but the best one I had so far)
- The manual style menu hit my OCD nerve on spot
- serve you boiled Egg and Marsala right when you get in door
- all men operation, classical Sicilian family style restaurant

A typical restaurant frequented almost exclusively by locals. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. As soon as you sit down, you're greeted with a plate of Marsala wine and a hard-boiled egg. Service was a bit slow. The dishes were very generous, delicious, and full of flavor. The prices were equally reasonable. The only caveat (for tourists) is that the menu isn't provided, but is spoken directly by the waiter as you order. The average customer is likely a regular and familiar with the dishes and prices. I'd happily return!

A place with a beautiful atmosphere. The waiters are cheerful and welcoming. The place was recommended to us by regulars in Bagheria, and it completely met our expectations.
The first courses were generous and very good, especially the pasta with sardines. The anchovies a la beccafico were highly recommended, and the caponata was excellent.
The cover charge includes a hard-boiled egg and a small glass of Marsala as an entrée. The bread is also excellent.
The quality/quantity/price ratio is very good.
Highly recommended for those who want a traditional, non-touristy dinner surrounded by locals.
A word of advice for the waiters (though perhaps it was just a coincidence with yesterday's dinner): I would wait a few minutes longer between courses.

A historic trattoria in Bagheria. The food is truly delicious and fresh. The meals are plentiful, and the service is excellent and attentive. The classic Bagheria dishes are delicious.

Deciso ad andare in questa tipica osteria non sono rimasto per niente deluso!
Piatti tipici della tradizione siciliana…….dalla pasta con le sarde,eccellente, alla carne panata, alla salsiccia grigliata e la cassata a forno davvero invidiabile. Anche il comportamento del personale, il servizio sono tipici del fare siciliano, compresa la disponibilità,l’ospitalità e la rapidità del servizio.
Conto davvero accettabile come pure la cantina. Sicuramente da non perdere per qualunque turista straniero!
