Among the best restaurants in Sicily (or Italy?). Excellent cuisine with top-quality ingredients, traditional combinations, and no crazy dishes for Instagrammers. Everything is excellent, proving they don't need stars just to brag. We'll definitely be back. P.S.: The chef and his wife are also very friendly and welcoming.

An excellent experience, as always! We returned to the Don Camillo restaurant in the heart of Ortigia after five years, and I was pleasantly surprised: despite the passage of time, the quality and price remained impeccable! The location is elegant, welcoming, and meticulously maintained, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The entire staff, from the kitchen to the dining room, is attentive and thoughtful, without ever being intrusive. The dishes are made with quality ingredients, with balanced flavors and impeccable presentation: you can taste the Chef's touch! I recommend anyone who wants to experience a true culinary journey to try their tasting menus, to savor excellent, high-quality cuisine.

As one might expect of a restaurant featured in the Michelin guide, Don Camilla was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The wine we enjoyed, a Sicilian white, was complex and delicious. We went with the “Nostra Storia” tasting menu (our history) which featured a selection of popular dishes from the restaurant’s history. This ranged from deliciously creative amuse-bouches to beautifully executed seafood main dishes. While some were high concept and interesting, others were simply delicious dishes. The service was impeccable, and the location itself beautiful. The ambiance was such that we were able to talk easily, without fear that others might hear us. As with many things about this restaurant, perfect. I have nothing but positive things to say, my partner and I were raving about it all the way home and through the next day. We even got to meet the chef (what a guy!).

My wife and I had lunch and arrived early (30 minutes). The service and opening hours started at 1 p.m. They still accommodated us because my wife is pregnant, and for that, thank you! We chose the €90 menu and I ordered the wine pairing. All the wines and sparkling wines were local from Sicily, which made some wonderful discoveries. The wine selection was very balanced and judicious, and the quantity was perfect. The service was impeccable, the wait times were perfectly managed, and the food was excellent. Bravissimo a tutti ragazzi!

Everything was pretty tasty, except the white fish in seaweed mosaic. Unless you love seaweed that much I highly urge to slip that one

A very, very good place! The best pizza in Sicily. The owner is adorable and will show you around his restaurant and show you photos of the stars who have stopped there. Don't hesitate to stop by after strolling through the narrow streets of Orthigia.

Ristorante di un grandissimo livello, materia prima ineccepibile, ancor di più un merito allo staff di sala che ti fa sentire a proprio agio e consiglia scelte mirate per un percorso degustazione enoganoaronimco eccezionale. Complimenti allo chef e al suo personale. Torneremo sicuramente.

Desde el momento en que llegamos sabía que íbamos a tener una velada maravillosa. Un comedor muy bonito con mesas blancas bien espaciadas. El servicio fue impecable, amable, profesional y el gerente estaba muy bien informado sobre el menú. Hay varios menús degustación (: y ala carta ) y habiendo comido mucho marisco recientemente elegimos el menú de carnes. Todo estaba delicioso con carne de res, conejo y el plato de cordero más maravilloso. El postre fue pera escalfada rellena de un queso azul divino, que nunca olvidaré. Hay una selección de vinos muy amplia y el sumiller fue muy útil seleccionando la botella perfecta para nosotros. He estado en muchos restaurantes con estrellas Michelin, pero este es definitivamente uno de mis favoritos.
