Simply spectacular.
I ordered the 4-course menu and left the restaurant full and satisfied.
The pasta with prawns and sea urchins is also fabulous.

Avendo già avuto modo di sperimentare con grande soddisfazione il ristorante di via Turchi, ho voluto provare anche quello di zona Paradigna, tra l'altro molto vicino a casa. Che dire? Ho trovato la solita eccellente qualità, cibo ottimo e servizio impeccabile. La ciliegina sulla torta di ieri sera è stato il fatto che l'intero staff ha dedicato un momento magico a mio figlio unendosi a noi per gli auguri di compleanno. E io che avevo chiesto una semplice candelina per il dolce!

We were so glad Don Antonio had an opening for us to experience this place. The Sicilian menu was a nice change from the traditional Parma cuisine. Every course was prepared with care and great presentation, the staff and atmosphere were excellent as was the Sicilian wine. We will return to Don Antonio in the future.

I chose this place almost by chance, due to its proximity to the Teatro Due in Parma.
The service immediately makes it clear that the place has a level setting.
The atmosphere is that of a 90s/00s fish restaurant, an aspect that I really appreciated.
I chose to have spaghettone with anchovies and octopus with celeriac and peanut cream, both dishes were perfect.
Before the main courses, small appetizers are offered together with breadsticks, focaccia and oil; before dessert, small pastries are served.
The quality/price ratio seems correct to me with a cost of around 75 euros per person.
I think I will return to try the crudités.
