The Fork 0
Excellent dinner. We started with a typical dish; broad beans and chicory. Then a first course that exceeded all expectations: cavatelli with sausage, mushrooms, pecorino and rocket. Both prepared with care. Staff courteous and professional. The location overlooks the splendid Bari valley.

Really good local specialty foods. Amazing pasta cooked in terracotta pots... Finger licking good!!! Really good wine and beer selections. The antipasto selections were also really good

It's not the first time I've frequented the Dominus Osteria, the staff was courteous, the service was quick (despite the place being full). From the upper floor you can enjoy a view over the entire Bari plain. The pizzas and appetizers are good... spectacular. Whoever chooses the Dominus Osteria doesn't make a mistake.

La pizza è buona il servizio fatto dai ragazzi è passabile ma il problema che hanno solo un forno dove fanno le pizze per i domicilio quindi i tempi di attesa per tavoli sono interminabili e dopo aver speso più di 200 euro se chiedi un amaro il proprietario ti guarda pure male. Dovrebbe avere un occhio di riguardo in più per i clienti

Good pizza and good mixed fried food.. but our jackets, clothes and everything got stinky with cooking smells, maybe hood problems. The thing however less but really less, if we want to say so due to lack of style and having applied the supplement of €1 to a pizza with sausages because I asked for pizzella and not pizza... total 7 + 1... I took the whole pizza and what was left over I took back home... the change was not in ingredients, but in quantity so maybe you also saved on dough and ingredients, as well as having done it with a view to preventing waste, given that for a little girl... I have no words... it's not the euro but the gesture.

31/08/2025: The food was amazing!! The seafood grill is one of the best I tried. This place is definitely underrated. Affordable and nice atmosphere right in the heart of Polignano.
21/08/2025: Nothing special. The pasta wasn't cooked to perfection, most of the products were frozen (only fresh salmon and maybe a couple of other items). Slow service, flavors weren't accurate or refined. In short, nothing special...
