We spent a lovely evening at Da Domenico, where the quality of the cuisine continues to reign supreme. The mezze maniche with pajata and amatriciana were excellent, as were the fried artichokes and grilled sweetbreads. Finally, two desserts featuring sour cherries: a classic tart and a ricotta and sour cherry tart. A few service inaccuracies were entirely tolerable, so I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Roman cuisine.

A typical restaurant, where in addition to excellent Roman cuisine, you'll also find other delicious dishes.
The ingredients are carefully sourced, using select suppliers.
It's nice to take advice, giving free rein to the owner's passion.

Thanks to the bonus from the website (shown in the photo), I decided to treat myself to a nice dinner. It turned out to be just what I needed — warm, hearty, real food. Sometimes evenings like this are the best reminder that joy can be simple and genuine.

At Domenico's you can find everything: exquisite food, traditional dishes, meat, fish. It's a fantastic restaurant, especially thanks to the owner, Arnaldo, a man of innate grace and kindness, someone who knows his craft well. It's always a great pleasure to go there.

But if everything is good, why four stars?
Because the place is very nice and their amatriciana is perhaps the best I've ever eaten. Quality food, and the rest is too. It's true that quality comes at a price, and rightly so, but personally, I think the quality-price ratio here needs to be adjusted a bit, lowering the prices.
But if you want to eat well and make a good impression, I recommend it.
