This restaurant has become a fixed stop during our holidays in the Dolomites. The menu offers few dishes but all typical and with very fresh local products. The dishes are tasty and the value for money is excellent. Special mention to the cutting board with mountain radicchio, the casanzei and the desserts! Compliments to the chef :)

We had such a good time the first time that, after a few days, we returned to be able to taste other dishes on the menu. Really excellent food and product quality. The staff is really very kind and attentive. Super recommended!! (they also have a small shop where you can buy local products).

We decided to return for lunch at the Dolomiti restaurant also because you always come here without fail, both for an aperitif at the bar, and to taste the restaurant's dishes and to buy something quick in the small grocery shop next to the bar. We found local volunteers who were all very courteous and helpful, who offered us their selection of wines and their cuisine menu based on local dishes and ingredients and the portions are generous. All dishes are prepared by the dynamic and young chef Davide who received compliments from customers today. I advise you to book because the place is very popular but you can't miss it if you happen to pass by here... and from the terrace you can enjoy a really beautiful view.

31/12/2024: The restaurant is very elegant and refined, in perfect style of the place in which it is located. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the level does not seem to live up to the restaurant's claims and its prices. We consumed the tasting menu which simply consisted of an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert from those on the à la carte menu. We didn't like at all that one of the two starters (soft egg) was served with a broken yolk (see photo)! Both were also served too cold. The first course (lamb tortelli with mountain pesto) was really excellent! As well as dessert. What most caused the restaurant to lose its level was the long wait for the second course (deer with Giau hay): we were only served when the other tables who had ordered it had also been served the deer. I understand the needs of the kitchen but I find it unacceptable to wait so long between courses in a restaurant with these demands. Top location.
25/12/2024: One of the best dinners! Well-kept and cuddly environment, breathtaking location. Attentive, smiling and precise staff immediately puts you at ease. Each course left its mark, simple but at the same time refined. All ingredients were of the highest quality. The dessert, creme caramel with soft meringues and frozen raspberry, is one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. Super recommended ♥️
