Excellent starters, first and second courses...the rest very good, service included and quiet atmosphere...right price!!

Quella fatta da Dolmen, in occasione di una cena di famiglia, è stata un'esperienza davvero interessante. Il locale, situato in zona Conca D'Oro, è capiente anche se non grandissimo. Arredato in modo semplice e senza fronzoli pretenziosi, soffre tuttavia di un'illuminazione a mio avviso non perfettamente adeguata, con luci fredde che mal valorizzano un ambiente di per sé esteticamente gradevole. Tolto questo dettaglio, c'è tutto un mondo di sapori da scoprire. Il menu, ricco e variegato, propone difatti molti fantasiosi piatti ispirati alla cucina mediterranea, in particolare a quella sarda. Nella lunga degustazione sono quindi giunti a tavola deliziosi antipasti tra cui moscardini fritti, sauté di cozze e ostriche. Ricordo inoltre con piacere dei piccoli tranci di melanzane alla parmigiana, delle polpette di baccalà fritte con purè di patate, un saporito salmone marinato alla catalana e un curioso soufflé di pecorino con marmellata di cipolla rossa. Tra i primi piatti provati, invece, abbiamo assaggiato una fregola con pesce misto, gli immancabili culurgiones pomodoro e pecorino, degli ottimi spaghetti vongole e bottarga e uno strepitoso risotto alla crema di scampi, il migliore mai mangiato in tutta la mia vita. Per concludere la serata, innaffiata di ottimo vino, anche i dolci hanno fatto la loro parte, con il cestino di pasta frolla con crema chantilly e frutti di bosco, il tiramisù espresso "scomposto" e il raffinato semifreddo arancia e miele. Prezzi non economici ma perfettamente in linea con la qualità delle proposte, servizio efficiente. Molto buono!

The one made by Dolmen, on the occasion of a family dinner, was a truly interesting experience. The restaurant, located in the Conca D'Oro area, is spacious even if not very large. Furnished in a simple way and without pretentious frills, it however suffers from lighting that in my opinion is not perfectly adequate, with cold lights that poorly enhance an environment which is in itself aesthetically pleasing. Once this detail is removed, there is a whole world of flavors to discover. The menu, rich and varied, offers many imaginative dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, in particular Sardinian cuisine. During the long tasting, delicious appetizers arrived at the table, including fried octopus, sautéed mussels and oysters. I also remember with pleasure the small slices of aubergine parmigiana, the fried cod meatballs with mashed potatoes, a tasty Catalan-style marinated salmon and a curious pecorino soufflé with red onion jam. Among the first courses we tried, however, we tasted a fregola with mixed fish, the inevitable tomato and pecorino culurgiones, excellent spaghetti with clams and bottarga and an amazing risotto with scampi cream, the best I've ever eaten in my entire life. To conclude the evening, washed down with excellent wine, the desserts also played their part, with the shortcrust pastry basket with Chantilly cream and berries, the "decomposed" espresso tiramisu and the refined orange and honey semifreddo. Prices are not cheap but perfectly in line with the quality of the proposals, efficient service. Very good!

Fish restaurant with excellent dishes. The mixed appetizer consists of tasting many tasty portions always based on fish. The first courses are also good The place is not large so booking will allow you not to wait for a table to become available.

The Dolmen is always a guarantee. From the appetizer to the dessert it is all a harmony of flavors, an exaltation of taste, an explosion of emotions that arrive with every bite taken... to this is added an excellent welcome, professionalism, competence... It is advisable to book.

Vado in questo ristorante a pranzo con amici su consiglio di un altro amico con l'intenzione di mangiare cucina marinara el a scelta si è rivelata felice: primi abbondanti e ben cucinati, "crudità" sontuose, carta dei vini varia, prezzi onesti. Insomma, un'esperienza da ripetere!
