In the most detached and objective way possible, I don't understand those negative reviews regarding the service and the quality of the raw materials. There's no point in giving a positive review, but I find it unfair to blame actions that I haven't encountered in years now. Excellent quality, very normal service and courtesy, immediate availability and with the possibility (when possible) of changing during construction. Sometimes I wonder how complicated it can be to complain about a disappointing service in person, rather than on Google. The frustration of those who decide instead to open the app, type in the name of the place and spend those 2/3 minutes talking about past experiences (sometimes without even taking on all the responsibilities) is something terrifying. I ask the owners to continue like this, undaunted, and to listen to the advice of customers who they consider more honest and polite, in order to improve (if possible) that delightful little house.
