A place recommended by a friend from Trapani, I, who am from Palermo, went there for a few days.
We have pros and cons.
The cons: the rotisserie is really poor in terms of assortment, some fried calzones, rolls with frankfurters with various unwatchable seeds on top (only sesame is contemplated at most) and some irises. Passionate, I opted for the fried calzone, which left a bitter aftertaste due to the fact that the frying oil must have been used up.
The price of 3 euros is madness, we're talking about water, flour, lard... it's not that raw materials cost less in Palermo 😂. So we're not really there for the rotisserie. And I'm not saying this as a native, I'm saying this as a native Palermo lover and connoisseur of rotisserie.
The PROS... the cannoli, I found them very good, beautiful to look at, and extremely good, the crispy wafer, the delicious ricotta.
And the 7 veli was also really well made.
So for the desserts in my opinion, you find a lot of authenticity and they are worth the money spent.

I went to this jewel of a Sicilian pastry shop and rotisserie today to get arancine with meat sauce
and butter, panelle, cannoli and bread with sesame. All excellent with a good price/quality ratio. Professional and kind staff especially Marlene and Cristina. Highly recommended.

What can I say, I found Palermo both in the desserts with ricotta (worked very well), and in the sfincione (as good as in Palermo), in general the light and non-greasy diner. Stage to be redone.
