Whether you like it or not.. If Michelin is the most illustrious reference for restaurants, Gambero Rosso is for pastry shops. Surely in first place there is always the skill, but believe me There are places known more than others thanks also to the compromises that along their path, one is willing to "marry". A few examples? Using a water label compared to another... A flour compared to another. An oil compared to another. Etc... Sometimes it can make the difference. If instead all this, together with the various social networks, the various advertisements, television programs are put in second place.... here's the fact that one becomes much much less known than Others.... Sometimes it happens, to be a little more curious and to go and read what the classic normality (the network) offers us... An example? Dolce Reale. I avoid saying what it could be, it must be You, to go and discover it. In the meantime, I ask you, go and read the Gambero Rosso Italian pastry shop ranking, you will find a huge surprise. "The Pastry Chef" that all the Italian people know has the same score as this small but very sweet pastry shop on the outskirts....

They know how to make really delicious and beautiful cakes. I recommend it!

The awards it has won confirm the refinement of the place and the quality of the products. Not many seats. A little slow on service

Clean place, friendly staff, good cream brioche cap, decent pasta, good cream. However the prices are exaggerated, I haven't paid like that even in a renowned pastry shop on Lake Iseo, it's a shame

One of my favorite pastry shops.

Not far from the center (and the lakes) this quiet pastry shop boasts a pleasant, refined and elegant location. The desserts, thanks to the master pastry chef Maurizio Colenghi, are works of art. Cream croissants, well filled but light and with a balanced taste. The pretzels are also fantastic, as was the Colomba that I purchased. Excellent. Young staff who offer an efficient and classy service. The prices, considering the quality of the products, are more than honest.

It's always a pleasure to stop here...

I had the cake made for my daughter's birthday, a beautiful and delicious cake, great quality and attention to detail. A high-quality pastry cake. I thank Maurizio Colenghi for making the evening even more special!

Nothing to complain about the products....I think greater attention is needed for the customer Very few tables to eat on site (breakfast) especially if you are in a hurry and you can't even get service at the counter We went specifically to have breakfast from a nearby town but we had to go elsewhere as we had limited time and would have had to wait too long because there were other people waiting Sin……

Colazione con cappuccio, caffè e veneziana. Ambiente anonimo. Attesa lunghissima prima di essere serviti . Prodotti buoni, ma non eccezionali. Prezzo esagerato.
