The environment is refined and elegant and one also expects service at the same level... but this is not the case. It is true that it depends a lot on which employee you are served, but everyone should have customer focus and courtesy. The quality of the pastry shop is unquestionable, even if the excellence of the dough is not always found: I don't know if the pastry chef has changed or on the days when the snack was made it wasn't the right day 😄 now the place is on holiday for a couple of weeks... but I'll give it other chances because in general I felt good.

Such a welcoming place with wonderful hosts for afternoon tea with friends. Superb choice of cakes, biscuits and wines to takeaway.

First of all, i called other bakerys that weren't able to do it for me on the 30th of March. I'm glad i found Dolce Reale. They did an amazing job. Loved what i ordered and the guests also loved it so much that they constantly ask me who did the cake. I definitely recommend this bakery.
