Whether you like it or not.. If Michelin is the most illustrious reference for restaurants, Gambero Rosso is for pastry shops. Surely in first place there is always the skill, but believe me There are places known more than others thanks also to the compromises that along their path, one is willing to "marry". A few examples? Using a water label compared to another... A flour compared to another. An oil compared to another. Etc... Sometimes it can make the difference. If instead all this, together with the various social networks, the various advertisements, television programs are put in second place.... here's the fact that one becomes much much less known than Others.... Sometimes it happens, to be a little more curious and to go and read what the classic normality (the network) offers us... An example? Dolce Reale. Clean place, friendly staff, good cream brioche cap, decent pasta, good cream. However the prices are exaggerated, I haven't paid like that even in a renowned pastry shop on Lake Iseo, it's a shame

Not far from the center (and the lakes) this quiet pastry shop boasts a pleasant, refined and elegant location. The desserts, thanks to the master pastry chef Maurizio Colenghi, are works of art. Cream croissants, well filled but light and with a balanced taste. The pretzels are also fantastic, as was the Colomba that I purchased. Excellent. Young staff who offer an efficient and classy service. The prices, considering the quality of the products, are more than honest.

I had the cake made for my daughter's birthday, a beautiful and delicious cake, great quality and attention to detail. A high-quality pastry cake. I thank Maurizio Colenghi for making the evening even more special!

Nothing to complain about the products....I think greater attention is needed for the customer Very few tables to eat on site (breakfast) especially if you are in a hurry and you can't even get service at the counter We went specifically to have breakfast from a nearby town but we had to go elsewhere as we had limited time and would have had to wait too long because there were other people waiting Sin……

17/08/2025: If there was a rating of 10, we would give it 10! We didn't come here by chance, we knew where we were going, but we had never been before. The establishment is not large, but it is friendly and locally famous, judging by the way the visitors talked to the owner and the staff - like family)) And the pizza is the best pizza in our lives!!! THE BEST! If anyone wants to try real Italian pizza - come here! Definitely! The owner is super nice and very kind. Although he warned that two pizzas for four are too much, we still ordered two, and took some with us: they turned out to be extremely large)) And incredibly tasty!! We were made 4 different flavors in two pizzas, that is, each was made 50 to 50. Never and nowhere have we tasted such different flavors, I consider it an art and talent to make a radically different and perfect taste in one dough, in four variations! One drawback is that none of the people working there speak English. But this is more likely not a drawback, but their highlight, like many places in Italy. I definitely recommend it to everyone and if we have the opportunity, we will visit here again!!! 👍 Thank you for the best pizza in our lives 💪
