If you're passing through Perugia or after a party, this is the best place to go. Be careful with the double-filled brioche—there's so much of it, it's scary. Then, if you want to look cool, they make croissants with multiple fillings, and they're mouth-watering.

I love this place, I love everything they do. It's delicious, artisanal and the owner is too kind and very good at advising you what to eat because there is really a lot of stuff including bombe, croissants, husbandzzi, parcels, braids.

On the afternoon of May 1st we came across “Dolce Notte”. A counter full of every delight from sweet to savory! We took hot freshly baked bombs filled with creams to choose from over 15 flavours. My friends had the savory one including the potato toast! Unmissable!

11/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia fidanzata durante il nostro soggiorno a Bevagna. Il ristorante sorge nel centro del paese e offre, oltre ai tavoli al chiuso, anche dei tavoli nel fantastico giardino interno. Consiglio a tutti di iniziare con un ottimo Antipasto Il Grottino, ricco di salumi, formaggi e crostini vari. Tra i primi imperdibile gli ottimi Ravioli con arancia e pistacchi o in alternativa gli eccezionali Strangozzi Funghi e Salsiccia. Tra i secondi davvero molto buono e tenero il Filetto di Maiale alle Noci. Innaffiate il tutto con un' ottima bottiglia di Rosso di Montefalco e passerete senza dubbio una fantastica serata. Prezzi medi e qualita' della cucina eccellente: assolutamente consigliato !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
30/04/2025: Tutto ottimo, almeno quello che abbiamo provato noi. Dagli stringozzi al tartufo ai ravioli, ai carciofi fritti al millefoglie di vitello con tartufo alle polpettine e agli arrosticini. Veramente piatti ben eseguiti e gustosi assaporati senza fretta in un ristorantino a conduzione familiare in pieno centro. Il tartufo la fa da padrone ma la scelta in menù offre molte alternative per chi non lo gradisce. Servizio impeccabile e conto onesto.

14/07/2025: During our evening at Osteria Valle in Todi, we had a truly special experience, one that goes far beyond the simple pleasure of good food. The restaurant is welcoming, well-maintained, and immediately exudes a family atmosphere, where you feel at ease from the first moment. The cuisine is a tribute to Umbrian tradition: authentic dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that express the region in every bite. But what made our dinner unforgettable was Anna's hospitality, who, with great kindness and sensitivity, took the time to find paper and colors for the son of a couple of friends who were staying with us to draw. A simple gesture, yet full of thoughtfulness and humanity, demonstrating the passion and care this osteria dedicates to each guest, young and old. It's rare to find a place where you truly feel at home, welcomed as a friend and not just a customer. At Osteria Valle, this truly happens. I highly recommend stopping here: for the delicious food, the warm and friendly atmosphere, and above all, the extraordinary hospitality that makes all the difference. We can't wait to return!
