Historic bakery in Rome, famous for being open even at night which has closed permanently. The reasons are unknown. Very good is always provided. It's really a shame that it has closed.

We used to go to this place every time we were in Rome. The absolutely best rum di babà I’ve had in my life. Unfortunately, it looks like the place is not working anymore.

Probably the best value I have seen in a resturant in all of the world. The prices are so so low and the food is insanley good. Never in my life have I had pastries this good. If you are in Rome, you have to go to Dolce Maniera, the best of the best.

Dolce maniera un istituzione nel cuore del quartiere Prati ma non solo di un intera città e ricordi bellissimi di una intera generazione spero davvero che possiate riaprire da qualche altra parte. Un colpo all' anima questa chiusura.

È davvero un peccato che abbia chiuso,spero temporaneamente e che torni di nuovo con la qualità e i prezzi di sempre. Dolce e salato di ogni tipo tutti i giorni a tutte le ore, è l'unico che offriva questo tipo di servizio nella capitale. Attendiamo la riapertura!
