we took a maritozzo and a croissant with kinder chocolate, the latter didn't drive me crazy while the maritozzo was very good, very convenient prices considering the area, kind staff and nice atmosphere :)

Passable during the day, for nighttime cravings I strongly advise against it: food that tastes of nothing, hard, old, expensive. Go to the pangucciolaro in balduina much better! However dolce maniera is much more open

In the morning I wake up and hope there is a Dolce Maniera near my house. Unfortunately, there is not. I have marked this place for several years, in the various trips to Rome I found myself out of the area but the last time... Well, I specifically chose the nearby b&b. Having breakfast at Dolce Maniera is a guarantee, fresh and quality products, really great prices and fast 24/7 service! INCREDIBLE. It was a constant throughout my stay: in the morning for breakfast and to get some delicious puff pastry pizza and in the evening for a sweet craving after dinner. It was wonderful to go in every time and see how many different products there were in the windows, a real treat. Many places should take an example from this. Great job and I hope to return soon.

Dolce Maniera is a great place to have a good breakfast. Cheap and excellent quality. The place is located near Ottaviano. The interior is nice. The counter is always well stocked. Open 24h/24h. Friendly and fast staff. Highly recommended

Great options for breakfast and very nice staff who speak good english, the place is nice to sit in and drink your morning coffee. The prices are also the best we found in rome. 100% recommended

22/05/2025: I was at this restaurant last night for dinner. The interior is well-kept, with a balanced atmosphere, but there is a detail that I have only experienced here so far: when heavy vehicles pass on the road, the vibrations are practically transmitted into the room and can be annoying. The service is friendly. I have to give special praise to the scottona steak, which is one of the best I have ever tried. The only questionable thing is the services, you have to go outside and walk through part of the building to get in. I recommend it anyway.
10/05/2025: This restaurant is the epitome of what you think a trattoria should be. Simple, clean, homey, unpretentious, and affordable dining while serving delicious homemade food. The owner, Aldo Carnevali, takes immense pride in presenting delicious meals. I ate a late lunch here on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The house grilled veggie platter and homemade spinach raviolis brought me back to my childhood. Please go. The food is magical.

17/04/2025: Today as in the 90s. Excellent quality and its unmistakable taste. We left Malta, promising my son the best sandwich of his life. Obviously Hambovo. The Great Renato, as always, delighted our palates, and made me look great, because I kept my promise. Thank you
14/04/2025: Renato with us in Sassari is history, his freshly prepared sandwiches are large and full of everything, the pizzas are also good, the staff is friendly and always available, I recommend trying the Tyson... Eat the sandwiches with crowds because they must be enjoyed until the last bite... 👍
