Salve a tutti ,da tempo cercavo una pasticceria buona nella mia città,che facesse torte esteticamente belle e precise ,che soddisfassero i miei desideri e che soprattutto fosse anche molto buona; sono riuscita a trovarla ed è proprio questa . Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del risultato,mi hanno accontentata in qualsiasi mia richiesta con gentilezza e disponibilità. La torta era meravigliosa ed altrettanto il gusto,ve la consiglio spassionatamente!!!

17/02/2025: We know the Umberto I restaurant/pizzeria well, for several years we have been stopping by them during our visits to Castelbuono to refresh ourselves in the true sense of the word! Michele (one of the owners) is a master of hospitality and is able to recommend the right dishes for every type of need. All the staff are as friendly and attentive as he is. The products are always super fresh, the cleanliness and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. It feels right at home! We can't wait to go back😊
28/12/2024: Pranzo con menù degustazione. Tutto ottimo, nota particolare per la carne che si scioglieva in bocca. Ritorneremo di sicuro.

23/02/2025: Excellent quality of food both in the fish-based risottos and the spaghetti with clams we consumed. The hot starters are excellent and plentiful. The seafood salad is good, fresh and plentiful. Well-structured service but it lacked some precautions, as if dishes with clams, mussels or anything else are served, you need a plate to put the shells in without having to ask. The price is low and within the local average. Friendly staff and owner. A frank but tidy and clean environment. Recommended++++++++
