I recently had the pleasure of turning to this pastry shop to make my son's birthday cake, and I must say that I was extremely satisfied. Not only did they honor every single request I made, they also exceeded my expectations, creating a cake that was as beautiful as it was super delicious. The decoration was perfect, made with attention to the smallest details, just as I had imagined. What really made this experience special was the availability, professionalism and humanity that I found in each member of the staff. During transport, unfortunately, I had a small accident: part of the cake was damaged. When I returned to the pastry shop, worried about what had happened, I was welcomed with great kindness and understanding. With great availability, they found a solution in record time, arranging the cake impeccably. Their customer focus and ability to solve problems with a smile are truly out of the ordinary.
